The Italian Cocozelle is a bush type of squash plant that produces high yields of the long, tender, dark green fruits. This Italian zucchini is very flavorful and tender and a favorite that is now available in organic seeds. This variety is best when harvested at 12" long or smaller. The Cocozelle is excellent for slicing, frying, and steaming and is also a good freezing and canning variety. Pick often when the squash is young to prolong harvest. The Blue Hubbard Squash is a beautiful variety that is known for it's delicious taste and big size! This variety is slightly tapered at both ends and has a bumpy, blue outside, hence its name. The Blue Hubbard has a delicious, sweet, yellow flesh that has a wonderful flavor, making it great for market production or home garden. The plant's average yield is 1 or sometimes 2 fruits/plant.

The Scallop Early White is very easy to grow and is rarely bothered by insects. The Honeybaby Squash is an All-American Selection winning winter squash. These 1-2 pound flavorful butternuts have a deep orange flesh and it can be grown anywhere. Honeybaby is a very productive variety of winter squash that produces numerous fruits on a compact plant. These shorter vines grow 2-3 feet in a semi-bush habit showing great garden vigor which results in healthier plants that resisted powdery mildew later into the season, especially in the Southeast.
