The Giant of Italy Parsley is an attractive and large growing parsley with dark green leaves that are known for being easy to cut! This variety has strong stems, making it one of the best parsleys for fresh market sales. The very high yielding Giant of Italy is a customer favorite for a reason!

Lovage is a popular culinary herb that produces fine, dark green leaves that have an aroma and taste that is similar to celery. Its leaves can be used in salads, soups as well as added to poultry dishes. The Lovage's roots and stems are also edible. The yellow flowers that this herb produces in June to July attract beneficial insects such as bees.

The Hamburg Rooted Parsley is a unique looking, old heirloom variety that is used for both its delicious leaves and roots! This parsley is mostly grown for its large roots that make superb soups and stews, but its leaves are also tasty in sauces or as a garnish.

Fernleaf dill seeds produce a compact, refined form of dill developed in the late 20th century for home gardens and container growing, offering classic dill flavor in a smaller, neater plant. Also known as dwarf dill or compact dill, Fernleaf is characterized by finely cut, feathery blue-green foliage, sturdy stems, and a slower tendency to bolt compared to traditional tall dill varieties. The aromatic leaves and seeds are prized for fresh use, pickling, and seasoning fish and vegetables. Easy to grow, Fernleaf dill thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, preferring cooler temperatures and consistent moisture. Sow seeds directly in the garden after the danger of frost has passed, thin seedlings to allow good air circulation, and harvest regularly to encourage continuous leaf production.

A relative or Oregano with a zesty flavor. Originally from the Mediterranean this spice has been used for centuries to flavor meals. Combines flavors of sweet marjoram, thyme and oregano all in one!

Mammoth Long Island dill seeds grow an heirloom variety dating back to the late 19th century, long favored by home gardeners and pickling enthusiasts for its dependable, aromatic foliage and large seed heads. This dill produces tall, feathery plants—often reaching 4 to 5 feet—with abundant dark-green leaves that deliver a bright, clean, slightly sweet dill flavor perfect for salads, fish, and fresh seasoning, while its robust flower umbels yield flavorful seeds ideal for pickling. Easy to cultivate, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil; sow directly outdoors in early spring or succession-sow every few weeks for continuous harvest, keeping the soil lightly moist and avoiding transplanting, as dill prefers to grow undisturbed.

The delicious aroma of the Sweet Marjoram is similar to oregano or thyme, but has a sweeter fragrance that adds a mild and fresh taste to different dishes. This variety is a compact plant with beautiful, edible flowers, which have a mild and marjoram-like flavor, and can be used to garnish salads, soups, stews, sauces, and stuffing. Both the leaves and flowers of the Sweet Marjoram pairs well with citrus, mushrooms and fish.

The Munstead Lavender is a beautifully mounded, bushy lavender plant variety that gives off a very delicate, sweet aroma. This bushy variety produces very attractive fragrant, purple flowers that are perfect for adding to bouquets or garnished on baked goods.

Florences's fresh fennel leaves are a favorite on salads, with eggs, fish and sauces! This fennel has a bulbous stem that can be steamed, grilled or served raw, like celery. When cut, this fennel has a delicate anise aroma. Florence thrives in full sun and mild to cool weather.

White sage, scientifically known as Salvia apiana, has silvery-gray leaves and aromatic, slender stems, white sage is highly valued for its fragrant, cleansing properties. The leaves have a strong, earthy aroma when dried, making them popular for incense and herbal teas. LOW GERMINATION: White sage (Salvia apiana) seeds generally have a low germination rate, often around 15-30%, but can vary. This low rate is a survival mechanism for the plant in its native desert environment, where not all seeds need to germinate at once.

The Triple Curled Parsley has beautifully intense triple curled leaves with dark green stems that look great as a garnish. This is a popular variety that is easy to grow, clean and harvest.

The Evergreen Parsley is a dark green curly variety with an excellent flavor, fresh or dried, and is an All-American Selection winner for a reason! A lavender that produces flowers the first year from seed. Produces a more consistent and early flower blooms. Deep purple-blue spikes top silvery-green mounded plants with vigorous branching habit. 12-16" tall and 6-8" wide when mature.

Stoechas Spanish Lavender (Lavandula stoechas) is a unique and vibrant variety of lavender, distinguished by its showy, brightly colored flowers and distinctive “rabbit ear” shaped bracts that sit atop each bloom. These seeds grow into compact, bushy plants that thrive in full sun and well-drained, slightly alkaline soil, making them ideal for coastal gardens, rock gardens, or container planting. Unlike traditional English lavenders, Stoechas Spanish Lavender blooms earlier in the season, often starting in late spring to early summer, and continues to produce its aromatic flowers through summer. The plant’s bold purple and pink flowers, combined with its fragrant foliage, make it a favorite for attracting bees and butterflies. Stoechas Lavender is particularly drought-tolerant and heat-resistant, making it well-suited for warmer climates and low-water gardens.

Culinary and medicinal as well as an ornamental herb. May replace French tarragon with similar aroma and overall appearance. Soft oval gray-green leaves, about 7cm long. Hardy perennial bush with an upright growing habit. Blooms late summer with clusters of golden flowers. A warm weather plant, performs best in full light.

Tansy is a beautiful yellow blooming herb that actually can help repel insects and may help deter ants and mice in the garden. This herb works better when its made into a tea and sprayed around the yard. If placed in a compost pile, Tansy will add potassium to it. Tansy will grow to be 2-3 feet in height.
