What is the status of my order?
Due to high demand, orders of in-stock items are shipping from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. We will keep an estimated shipping timeframe at the top of the website. Seasonal items will be shipped when appropriate for your growing zone. COVID-19 impacts have caused delays in all delivery services including USPS and Fedex. Once your package leaves our warehouse we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. This is done by the shipping company. You can however check your order status here .
What qualifies for Free Shipping?
Most items on our website qualify for free shipping when ordering over $100 of merchandise. There are some items that do not qualify because of the size or weight. These items usually have larger dimensions and/or larger weights. Items that don't qualify for free shipping will have a notification on the product page to notify the customer. Where do I enter a Promo Code?
At checkout you will be prompted to enter a promo code. When viewing " My Garden Basket " you can click on the "Enter promo code" button and enter your code. Additionally upon clicking "Next: Payment" there is promo code box that pops up and will allow you to enter your promo code.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world that doesn't have restrictions. Many countries require a phytosanitary certificate before the seeds can enter the country. Phytosanitary certificates cost $135. The minimum seed order to qualify for a phytosanitary certificate is $100. Please contact us to see what country requirements you may have.
What is your return policy?
Urban Farmer is commited to your success. All products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you not be happy with your purchase, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price. For more details and instructions, refer to our Returns and Refunds page.

What types of credit cards and payments do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal. We do not store your credit card information.
