FALL SHIPPING - Certified - The Magic Molly is a purple-skinned fingerling potato with a unique dark purple flesh! This potato variety produces larger than normal fingerling-shaped tubers with dark purple skin and solid dark purple flesh that retains its color even when boiled. Magic Molly's tubers have an excellent flavor, especially when roasted!

FALL SHIPPING - Certified - The Red Norland Potato has a very smooth skin, bright white flesh, and good yields of medium to large sized consistent tubers. Not many red skin varieties work well for frying, but this one is perfect to do the trick! There are approximately 5-8 potato seed pieces per pound. Usually 3-4 potatoes that can be cut into more pieces to plant.

FALL SHIPPING - Certified - The Kennebec is one of the most popular potatoes grown by home gardeners! This variety is one of the top 10 potatoes grown in Maine and there is no question why. Its high yields of large, white skin, white fleshed tubers grow well under harsh conditions. Kennebecs are superb boiled, mashed, fried, hashed or baked! This variety is also a good jacket potato - smother it in sour cream, cheese, chives and bacon, it's absolutely perfect.

FALL SHIPPING - Certified - The easy and adaptable Red Pontiac Potato is perfect for home gardening. This variety is most likely the easiest and most adaptable red potato there is to grow, not to mention the consistent flavor! This potato has an attractive deep red skin and eyes, white flesh. This is the tuber of choice for new potatoes or fresh eating. The Red Pontiac came from Florida in 1945 and grows well in both the South and North regions.

FALL SHIPPING - Certified - The Yukon Gold is a best seller and an excellent keeper! This favorite variety has attractive, smooth, thin yellow skin, shallow eyes with yellow flesh and uniform yields. Yukon Gold lends itself well into any method of potato preparation. Immensely popular since its 1981, it was released from Canada. If you like your fried potatoes golden brown, Yukon Gold will automatically almost always turn that color by themselves! Yukon Gold is also favored by top chefs for making traditional mashed potatoes, the ones that are made from the all American Russet potato. However, with Yukon Gold, your mashed potatoes are golden and beautiful to both the eye and the taste! When first harvested, Yukon Gold will show unique pink eyes not seen in other yellow varieties. They are best when home grown!

Clancy potato seed produces compact and healthy dark green plants with blue flowers. Resulting spuds are a beautiful ornamental mix ranging from red to rose blush skin tones with interiors of creamy white and yellow.

Certified - The French Fingerling is a gourmet quality fingerling with a deliciously beautiful bright red skin. This fingerling has red skin and a creamy yellow flesh. The French Fingerling produces good quality, medium size tubers which are beautiful when served in various dishes.

Certified - The Centennial Sweet Potato is probably the most widely known variety recognized in America! This variety has a carrot-like color on the inside with a copper to orange outside skin. Centennial is nicknamed "Baby Bakers" and is ready in about 90 days. The delicious Centennial has been used in many bake-off contests and is a favorite for making sweet potato fries!

Certified - Georgia Jets is such a fast growing sweet potato! This sweet potato is a marvelous variety that just like its name suggests, matures extremely fast! In 90 days you will have large, ready to eat sweet potatoes. Georgia Jets is also high yielding!

Certified - The Russet Burbank is the standard Idaho Potato variety that Idaho built its reputation on! Also known as the "Idaho Netted Gem" or simply just "The Russet". This variety is the most widely grown potato in the United States. We have eaten literally thousands of Russet Burbank potatoes baked, and the last one always tastes just as delicious as the first! Dr. Burbank, the Russet Burbank's breeder, even admitted he was fortunate to have bred this popular cultivar!

Certified - The O'Henry is a unique looking white-skinned and cream-fleshed sweet potato variety with a deliciously delicate sweet flavor. This different looking sweet potato might look more like a potato than sweet potato, but its yummy sweet flavor is all sweet potato! O'Henry cooks drier than other sweet potatoes making it the perfect baking or frying sweet potato.

Certified - To say that the German Butterball Potato is excellent, is an insult! After just one bite of this mouth watering creamy yellow fleshed potato, you'll know why it won first place in Rodale' Gardening "Taste Off." The German Butterball was introduced by David Ronniger in 1988 from a handful of potatoes which he then increased.

Certified - The Yellow Finn Potato has a buttery sweet flavor that is far superior than any other potato! This variety produces excellent yields of flat, round and sometimes pear-shaped tubers. Yellow Finn performs best with a lush, long growing season. The moist, mash-able texture of this variety is an excellent keeper and one of our favorites!

Certified - The Pinto Gold is a unique two colored potato! This potato variety has a purple skin with its gold flesh showing a bit on the outside. The Zebra or Pinto Gold is a beautiful gourmet style potato. This unique potato looks great when baked and served whole. The Pinto Gold has a great flavor with a high starchiness. The Pinto Gold is a favorite for fresh markets!

Certified - The La Soda is a great potato boiled, baked or fried! This tasty potato variety has a distinctive rosy skin and waxy white flesh. La Soda is a widely adapted and reliable potato that withstands cold, heat and drought.

Certified - The Irish Cobbler is a great heirloom potato for delicious mashed potatoes! This variety is a well-respected heirloom and a popular favorite since its been released in 1876. This round to oblong shaped tubers have a white skin, flesh, and deep eyes. Irish Cobbler is deliciously mealy and makes the greatest potato dishes, especially mashed potatoes. This variety has been reported to have a strong potato flavor with a nutty aroma to the skin. Irish Cobbler is nicknamed Old Reliable because of its consistent yields year after year!
