Certified - The Banana Fingerling is a beautiful light brown skinned potato with a creamy inside! This variety is the most popular fingerling and it's also the easiest to grow. Developed in Europe, the Banana Fingerling is proclaimed to be excellent in salads. It is used amongst chefs and gourmet markets. The yellow, banana-shaped, waxy tubers have a firm texture that has wonderful flavor when baked, boil or steamed Mid-season!

Clancy potato seedĀ produces compact and healthy dark green plants with blue flowers. Resulting spuds are a beautiful ornamental mix ranging from red to rose blush skin tones with interiors of creamy white and yellow.

Certified - The Pinto Gold is a unique two colored potato! This potato variety has a purple skin with its gold flesh showing a bit on the outside. The Zebra or Pinto Gold is a beautiful gourmet style potato. This unique potato looks great when baked and served whole. The Pinto Gold has a great flavor with a high starchiness. The Pinto Gold is a favorite for fresh markets!

Certified - The French Fingerling is a gourmet quality fingerling with a deliciously beautiful bright red skin. This fingerling has red skin and a creamy yellow flesh. The French Fingerling produces good quality, medium size tubers which are beautiful when served in various dishes.

Certified - The crisp, yellow flesh of the Red Gold Potato is great for making fries! This potato variety produces medium sized tubers with light red skin wrapped around a delicate yellow flesh that has the texture and flavor that no other potato has! Red Gold is a semi-moist, high yielder and shows some resistance to scab. Red Gold potatoes are excellent steamed, boiled, baked, fried, mashed, roasted or scalloped! This delicious red skinned potato was named after the Red River, which runs between North Dakota and Minnesota.

Certified - The Magic Molly is a purple-skinned fingerling potato with a unique dark purple flesh! This potato variety produces larger than normal fingerling-shaped tubers with dark purple skin and solid dark purple flesh that retains its color even when boiled. Magic Molly's tubers have an excellent flavor, especially when roasted!

Certified - The Kennebec is one of the most popular potatoes grown by home gardeners! This variety is one of the top 10 potatoes grown in Maine and there is no question why. Its high yields of large, white skin, white fleshed tubers grow well under harsh conditions. Kennebecs are superb boiled, mashed, fried, hashed or baked! This variety is also a good jacket potato - smother it in sour cream, cheese, chives and bacon, it's absolutely perfect.

The Color Mix is a tasty and colorful mixture of red, white, yellow and purple seed potatoes that will brighten up any dish! Each variety of potato in the Color Mix has approximately 8 potato seed pieces per pound. Usually 3-5 potatoes that can be cut into more pieces to plant. Minimum of 4lbs (1lbs of each variety). Yukon Gold Best seller and an excellent keeper! Attractive, smooth, thin yellow skin, shallow eyes, yellow flesh and uniform yields. If you like your fried potatoes golden brown, Yukon Gold will almost turn that color by themselves. However, with Yukon Gold, your mashed potatoes are golden and beautiful to both the eye and the taste. When first harvested, Yukon Gold shows unique pink eyes not seen in other yellow varieties. They are best when home grown! All Blue Brighten your meals with this tasty blue-purple potato! With deep blueish-purple skin and flesh that almost appears purple, here is another potato to brighten your table and your favorite potato salad. A family favorite for making awesome french fries or mashed potatoes. Abundant yields of medium sized oblong tubers. Russet Easy and adaptable red potato for home gardening.Most likely the easiest and most adaptable red potato there is to grow, not to mention the consistent flavor! Attractive deep red skin and eyes, white flesh. The tuber of choice for new potatoes or fresh eating. Red Pontiac came from Florida in 1945 so it grows well in both the South and North regions. All Red To say this potato is excellent, is an insult! Completely red! Both inside and out. A fun to cook with and delicious tasting potato. If it is late in the season and we are out of a variety above, we will substitute the next closest variety.

Certified - The All Red Potato has a beautiful red outside and a red inside! This variety is a delicious tasting potato that makes just about any meal pop with red colored mashed potatoes. The All Red has a creamy texture with fine potato flavor!

Certified - The Yellow Finn Potato has a buttery sweet flavor that is far superior than any other potato! This variety produces excellent yields of flat, round and sometimes pear-shaped tubers. Yellow Finn performs best with a lush, long growing season. The moist, mash-able texture of this variety is an excellent keeper and one of our favorites!

Certified - The Russet Burbank is the standard Idaho Potato variety that Idaho built its reputation on! Also known as the "Idaho Netted Gem" or simply just "The Russet". This variety is the most widely grown potato in the United States. We have eaten literally thousands of Russet Burbank potatoes baked, and the last one always tastes just as delicious as the first! Dr. Burbank, the Russet Burbank's breeder, even admitted he was fortunate to have bred this popular cultivar!

Certified - To say that the German Butterball Potato is excellent, is an insult! After just one bite of this mouth watering creamy yellow fleshed potato, you'll know why it won first place in Rodale' Gardening "Taste Off." The German Butterball was introduced by David Ronniger in 1988 from a handful of potatoes which he then increased.
