At Urban Farmer, we carry 100% pure wildflower seeds of the highest quality and germination. We offer superior quality wildflowers for a wide range of geographic locations, growing conditions and custom blends.

This flower mixture is for pollinator conservation in the western United States and southwest Canada. The eastern planting boundary would be a line straight south from the eastern borders of North and South Dakota. It contains a balanced blend of native annuals and perennials that provide nectar and pollen throughout the growing season. Plant at 5 oz. per 1,000 sq.ft. or 7-14 lbs. per acre.

This mixture is composed of long-lasting cut flowers. Nothing brightens up a room like a vase of fresh flowers. Mix contains both annuals and perennials to provide cut flowers for many years to come. This mix should be planted at 10-20 lbs. per acre. For smaller areas use 8 oz. per 1,000 sq.ft.

A wildflower blend for Connecticut area. This seed blend is a mix of native and naturalized flowers to the Northeast region. Plant at a rate of 5-10 lbs. per acre or 5 ounces per 1,000 sq.ft.

The Louisiana Blend is a well adapted mixture of beautiful and colorful wildflowers that are grow natively in the Louisiana area. This blend is specifically formulated to grow well in the Southeast climate.

The Shade Flower Blend is a beautiful, colorful mixture of annual and perennial wildflowers that will tolerates partial shade well. This blend works best in locations that receive strong, filtered sunlight or 1-4 hours of direct sun per day. The Shade Flower Blend is not suitable for densely shaded locations.

The Missouri Blend is a mix of different wildflowers that are native to Missouri and formulated specifically for growing well in midwestern climates. Plant at a rate of 5-10 pounds per acre or 4 ounces per 1,000 sq. ft.

The Bee Feed Blend contains early, mid and late blooming flowers in order to provide bee forage all season long. These wildflowers are suitable for short-tongued and long-tongued bees and come in a wide range of colors for an attractive display. This mix should be planted at 6-12 lbs. per acres and for smaller areas, use 5-6 oz. per 1,000 sq.ft.

This mixture contains annuals and perennials that are native to the Midwestern United States and south central Canada. This area includes Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, eastern Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, eastern Nebraska, Ohio, Wisconsin, southern Manitoba and Ontario. Plant at a rate of 8-16 pounds per acre or 6 ounces per 1,000 sq. ft.

This mixture contains a wide variety of colors and textures and is suitable for fresh cut flowers as well as dried flowers. Flowers that are cut and dried can be used in winter bouquets when fresh flowers are no longer available. Many species have stiff, papery petals or bracts while still attached to the living plant. To dry flowers, cut stems and tie together. Hang upside down in a dark, well-ventilated room for 3-5 weeks. Money Plant is cut and dried when seed pods are fully developed. This mix should be planted at 14-28 pounds per acre or 10 ounces per 1,000 sq.ft.
