Just like its name, the Jambalaya Okra is the perfect okra for making jambalaya! This variety produces dark green, smaller and more tender pods! This okra is an extra-early maturing variety that boasts a very compact plant with small leaves. Jambalaya offers high yields of very uniform, shiny, dark green pods.
The Italian Cocozelle is a bush type of squash plant that produces high yields of the long, tender, dark green fruits. This Italian zucchini is very flavorful and tender. This variety is best when harvested at 12" long or smaller. The Cocozelle is excellent for slicing, frying, and steaming and is also a good freezing and canning variety. Pick often when the squash is young to prolong harvest. Harvesting zucchini when it is young and tender offers the best flavor and eating quality. Sugar Cube is a personal-size melon with explosive sweet flavor. Produces an abundance of uniform, heavily netted 2.5 lb. fruits the size of a grapefruit. Flesh has a dark-orange appearance that is crisp to the bite. Sugar Cube is highly disease resistant and provides an exceptionally long harvest window. Well-suited for northern and southern regions. High resistance to Fusarium wilt races 0–2, powdery mildew, and watermelon mosaic virus; intermediate resistance to papaya ringspot virus and zucchini yellow mosaic virus.
One of our favorite peppers! If you like sweet peppers with a slight spicy kick, then the Cajun Belle is for you! This variety is a great small bell pepper that is an All American Selection winner. Cajun Belle matures early and is a very heavy yielder that bears 2 by 3 inch, 3-4 lobed fruit. This pepper's flavor really sets it apart from the pack with a sweet start that ends in a burst of spice that's not too hot. We found this charmer to be superb for both fresh eating and making salsa at either the green stage, or when ripened to red!

China Star is a high producing and uniform Chinese cabbage. Grows large heads with a dark green exterior and dark yellow interior. It is slow bolting. China Star performs well in all Chinese cabbage planting slots.
The Chiko Burdock is a nutritious root with a curative medicinal property! Burdock is perfect for winter markets. The long roots of the burdock are among the hardiest of root vegetables, and not only overwinter in the garden easily for spring digging but also store well. The roots grow 12"-24" with skinny 1" diameters. Soil must be tilled deep for the long growth of these roots. Roots have a light brown skin and semi-straight bodies. Market with herbs, Asian greens, or include in root bunches. For fall, winter, and spring harvest and storage. Can be overwintered in soil, much the same as parsnips. Medicinal: Used as a gentle laxative and to help eradicate uric acid. Some active ingredients are known to be effective antibacterials and antifungals.
