The Jubilee corn variety is an old-time favorite corn. Jubilee is one of the most popular varieties we sell and is excellent for late summer enjoyment. Its stalks reach 6 feet tall, and the 9 inch ears have deep, tender yellow kernels. You can pick it right off the stalk and cook for dinner. Kristine s a high yielding and large corn variety. A mid-season synergistic that has excellent flavor and sweetness. The ears are cylindrical and very well filled with nice rowing. Excellent vigor and husk protection are two more pluses for this variety.
Carousel is an open-pollinated variety that produces 3.5" long miniature ears of popcorn. Some ears are solid red, the others are multicolored: white, yellow, and blue. When popped the flakes are crispy with very little hull. Plants are up to eight feet tall with two or three ears per plant.
Nectar falls into the Quad Sweets family of heirloom taste and modern sweetness. At a 78 day maturity, it works well in tandem with Temptress. Nectar has a good size plant at 7' and a nice ear height of 30". It has excellent tip fill and husk protection and overall has a very nice appearance. It is easy to harvest, as it has a quick snap, is easy to package, and stores well. Truckers Favorite White is an heirloom white dent field corn that is excellent for roasting, frying or used as a dent. This corn stays fresh for a long time and its stalks are 8-9' tall and ears are 8-10" and have 14-18 rows. This corn produces high yields with good soil fertilization and its excellent foliage for early fodder.
Solstice is an early maturing, bicolor corn that is part of the Augmented family. This is the fastest maturing corn in the augmented category. Solstice has strong emergence, a good size ear, a strong husk covered tip, and exceptional tip fill. It has a quick snap for ease in picking and a short shank for packaging. All American Selection winner, American Dream, is a top trial choice with its excellent germination, very tender, super sweet kernels, this newbie will make a great addition to the home garden. American Dream matures slightly earlier than the comparisons and produces vigorous, healthy plants with cobs that have good tip fill of bi-colored kernels. Plants grow 6-7 feet tall and mature in 77 days after planting the seed. Perfect fresh, roasted, grilled, canned or frozen.
