The Giant of Italy Parsley is an attractive and large growing parsley with dark green leaves that are known for being easy to cut! This variety has strong stems, making it one of the best parsleys for fresh market sales. The very high yielding Giant of Italy is a customer favorite for a reason!

Florences's fresh fennel leaves are a favorite on salads, with eggs, fish and sauces! This fennel has a bulbous stem that can be steamed, grilled or served raw, like celery. When cut, this fennel has a delicate anise aroma. Florence thrives in full sun and mild to cool weather.

Hyssop is a popular ornamental herb in the mint family that is great for attracting bees and other beneficial insects to the garden. This herb produces bright blue to violet flowers that are used to make a soothing tea. You can harvest the flowers in midsummer and hang them upside down under shade to dry.

Cuban Criollo 98 is one of the most valued strains for Cuban cigars. It originated from a crossing between the varieties ' Havana 92' and `Habana P.R'. Cultivated in the sun it produces from 14 to 16 useful leaves per plant and makes an excellent binder. It reaches an average height of 6 feet. Leaves average 24 inches in length and 12 inches wide. It is resistant to the Blue Mold, the Blackish Paw and the Tobacco Mosaic Virus and moderately resistant to the Environmental Necrosis.

Stoechas Spanish Lavender (Lavandula stoechas) is a unique and vibrant variety of lavender, distinguished by its showy, brightly colored flowers and distinctive “rabbit ear” shaped bracts that sit atop each bloom. Unlike traditional English lavenders, Stoechas Spanish Lavender blooms earlier in the season, often starting in late spring to early summer, and continues to produce its aromatic flowers through summer. This large variety is a self seeding annual that bears hundreds of small edible flowers, mostly blue and some pink, over a long harvest.
