Lemon balm is a richly fragrant herb prized for its bright, lemon-scented leaves and wide range of culinary and traditional herbal uses. Valued since medieval times, it was so admired for its beauty and aroma that Charlemagne ordered it grown in monastery gardens throughout his empire. The fresh leaves add a gentle citrus flavor to teas and foods, and they are also enjoyed for their calming scent in sachets or soothing baths. Long used in herbal traditions, lemon balm has been associated with promoting relaxation, supporting sleep, and easing mild digestive discomfort. Easy to grow and well suited to containers, this versatile herb is as practical as it is pleasing in the garden.

Burley 64 is a columnar formed plant growing to 6' in height, and reaches maturity in about 65 days. It is a white stemmed burley with large light green leaves that turn bright yellow as they ripen. It gives good yields with very little suckering, and cures easily, either stalk hung or primed. Burley 64 is resistant to black root rot, tobacco mosaic virus, fusarium wilt, and black shank.

A lavender that produces flowers the first year from seed. Produces a more consistent and early flower blooms. Deep purple-blue spikes top silvery-green mounded plants with vigorous branching habit. 12-16" tall and 6-8" wide when mature.

Golden Burley is a medium flavored Burley with excellent curability. The leaves grow up to 30" long by 12" wide, and turn a bright lemon yellow when ripe. Plants grow 5 to 6 feet in height with little to no suckering. Matures in 60-65 days after transplant. Air cures to a light buck skin brown color. The smoke is flavorful, yet mild. Requires less aging time than most Burleys.

The Lemon Basil is a very attractive and deliciously fragrant basil plant that offers such great smelling light green leaves! This variety's small,  beautiful fragrant leaves on its compact plants delightfully combine the flavors of lemon and basil. The Lemon Basil is an excellent choice for fresh or dried use.

The English Lavender is an improved lavender variety that offers 30% more young plants and a 80% minimum germination. This lavender is a popular variety for many bouquets that produces beautiful lilac flowers with lots of ornamental blue-gray leaves.

The Greek Oregano is a popular herb with an excellent flavor that is a must for many Italian dishes like fish, pizza, tomato sauce and dressings. This perennial has a stronger and more aromatic fragrance than the common oregano and is known for its culinary and ornamental uses. Enjoy the Greek Oregano's beautiful purple blooms all summer long!

Just like in its name, the Lime Basil produces leaves that are bright green and have a very unique lime scent and flavor. This unusual basil is a very good for a variety for its culinary uses.

The beautiful blush, pink flowers of the wonderfully fragrant Cumin plants are used to flavor many popular East Indian dishes! The beautiful foliage has a very aromatic smell that is similar to dill. This herb's young leaves mix very well into salads. Cumin grows best in warmer climates, but will produce seeds in cooler northern climates if started early enough.

The standard Chive is a hardy perennial herb that is equally attractive as it is delicious. The 6-12 inch tall clumps are perfect for patio containers! Along with the delicate, flat onion-flavored leaves, the standard chives is also popular for the cut and come again lavender flowers. This organic favorite is widely used as flavoring in many dishes.

The Artemesia dracunculoides, or commonly known as Tarragon, is an aromatic leafy herb that is growing in popularity for its culinary uses. This herb is a tall vigorous garden plant that produces leaves that have a mild flavor, pairing well with fish, chicken and vegetable dishes.

Havana 142 is classified as a cigar binder but is often used in making chew. Many growers find it makes an excellent cigarette tobacco as well. A columnar plant which grows to a height of 4 feet, it matures in only 55 days. A good choice for areas with short growing seasons. Air cures to a light brown.
