Growing cut flowers in your garden is satisfying and beautiful experience. Nothing is easier than walking out into the garden and cutting some blooming flowers to bring indoors. These cut flower varieties are reliable, beautiful and smell great!

Mardi Gras blend is composed of pink, orange and white zinnia varieties. This mixture produces beautiful blooms of semi-double to double flowers on each stem. Zinnias are a perfect choice for any cut flower grower and even attract butterflies to your garden. Large, colorful blooms lend cheer and texture to bouquets and floral arrangements. Spread at 19 lbs per acre or 7 ounces per 1,000 sq.ft.

QIS Mix Gomphrena ia highly productive accent flower that is excellent for fresh bouquets or dried arrangements. Produces 1-2" blooms in shades of purple, pink, and white. The QIS (Quality in Seed) Series is a florist favorite for its consistent production in quality, length, and uniformity. Also known as globe amaranth and common globe amaranth.

Vigorous Eucalyptus with large circular shaped leaves. These leaves look beautiful in floral arrangements. Use as a filler or stand alone in a vase. Produces silvery green leaves on tall, sturdy stems. Plant height can vary from 24-48".

Purple Quartet sports strong stems that support beautiful sprays of sweetly-scented purple flowers. Stock flowers are ideally suited for bouquets but can also be used as a spring bedding plant in some markets. Early to bloom in 13-15 weeks with 55% double flowers. Requires pinching of the first flower bud to force secondary bud development and spray-style flowers. Ht. 22–26". Avg. 15,600 seeds/oz. Packet: 25 seeds.

The 'Lake Collection' Blue offers a long-day flowering Trachelium variety that produces the large central umbel with smaller blue side umbels or “satellites.” Excellent vase life and great for floral arrangements. Foliage is medium green. Needs a minimum of 16 hours of day length to flower. Also know as the throat flower.

An excellent cut flower for home gardens and market growers. Blue Horizon has nice long stems and multi-branching habit making it ideal for farmers’ market and roadside sales.

The Berry Tart Zinnia Mix is composed of ‘Cherry Queen’, ‘Coral Beauty, ‘Meteor’, and ‘Scarlet Flame’ Zinnia varieties, creating a fiery and vibrant color combination. Spread at 19 lbs per acre or 7 ounces per 1,000 sq.ft.

This Clarkia is an excellent cut flower with good uniformity and beautiful color. The Grace series produces cut flowers measuring 24-30 inches in height on lateral branching of up to 15 stems each carrying 5 to 6 solid clusters of blooms.

Produces a large bloom that resembles Queen Anne’s Lace. An absolute hit that looks great with any other flowers in a flower arrangement. The lacy flowers appear in shades of old rose-pink, through burgundy to chocolate. Blooms thousands of tiny flowers on top of 2-4" clusters. The plants bloom for most of the summer from just one planting.

Griffitti is a favorite among cut-flower growers for adding light, airy texture to mixed bouquets and arrangements. It produces masses of small 2–2½" yellow blooms on fine, wiry stems, complemented by eye-catching chartreuse foliage for extra contrast. This hardy annual can be sown early and handles cool temperatures well. Naturally branching plants don’t require pinching and are easy to grow. An excellent, low-effort alternative to eucalyptus for fresh or dried designs.
