A summer squash popular in Southern states and Mexico. Tatume is a popular summer squash with round fruits with med-dark green to yellow fruits with faint stripes. Squash are best at 5-7" in diameter. Firm, fine flavor with very vigorous spreading vines. Give tatume plenty of room to spread and yields will be very high.
The Sweet Dumpling Squash has a very sweet, deep orange flesh that is excellent for stuffing. This winter squash is a small, 4" teacup-shaped fruit that grows up to 1 lb. in size. This variety grows on medium length vines. The Sweet Dumpling's skin is a creamy ivory color with dark green stripes and is a great squash to serve as a single-serving.
The Honeybaby Squash is an All-American Selection winning winter squash. These 1-2 pound flavorful butternuts have a deep orange flesh and it can be grown anywhere. Honeybaby is a very productive variety of winter squash that produces numerous fruits on a compact plant. These shorter vines grow 2-3 feet in a semi-bush habit showing great garden vigor which results in healthier plants that resisted powdery mildew later into the season, especially in the Southeast. The short, wide fruits are slightly larger with a more sweet, nutty and meaty than similar comparison varieties. Honeybaby is delicious when steamed, baked or made into soups and stews. Plant as soon as soil temperatures reach 65 degrees to ensure maturity in 90-100 days.

The Italian Cocozelle is a bush type of squash plant that produces high yields of the long, tender, dark green fruits. This Italian zucchini is very flavorful and tender and a favorite that is now available in organic seeds. This variety is best when harvested at 12" long or smaller.
