The Krausa Parsley is an excellent tripled curled parsley variety with beautiful, heavy-bearing ornamental leaves that are almost too pretty to cut! This parsley variety has dense, attractive dark green leaves on strong stalks. The nice texture of the Krausa Parsley leaves is perfect fresh or dried.

The Forest Green Parsley is a delicately curled and compact variety that has long stems with dark green, double and tripled curled leaves. This type of parsley does well in containers and inside growing. Use the Forest Green's beautiful and delicious leaves fresh or dried.

Florences's fresh fennel leaves are a favorite on salads, with eggs, fish and sauces! This fennel has a bulbous stem that can be steamed, grilled or served raw, like celery. When cut, this fennel has a delicate anise aroma. Florence thrives in full sun and mild to cool weather.

The Persian Basil produces beautifully large and amazingly delicious bright green leaves that will enhance just about any dish! You will love having this beauty grow in your garden and so will pollinators as it is also a very attractive ornamental plant. Enjoy the zesty Persian Basil in any soup, pasta or salad. The Lettuce Leaf Basil has very large, hand sized, creased leaves that resembles a lettuce leaf, but has a great traditional basil flavor! This great production basil variety is favored among farmers and people who like a lot of basil due to its yields produces lots of foliage.

The Mammoth Long Island Dill is an attractive, tall, large-sized dill variety that has a lovely, tangy aroma that is perfect as a pickling spice. The leaves, immature flower tops and mature seeds are all used as an essential pickling spice. This easy-to-grow productive herb will reseed itself if allowed. As a companion plant, the Mammoth Long Island Dill can enhance the growth of cabbages, onions, lettuce and tomatoes.

The Hamburg Rooted Parsley is a unique looking, old heirloom variety that is used for both its delicious leaves and roots! This parsley is mostly grown for its large roots that make superb soups and stews, but its leaves are also tasty in sauces or as a garnish.

This variety is a compact plant with beautiful, edible flowers, which have a mild and marjoram-like flavor, and can be used to garnish salads, soups, stews, sauces, and stuffing. Both the leaves and flowers of the Sweet Marjoram pairs well with citrus, mushrooms and fish.

The Plain Leaf Chervil resembles Italian parsley in appearance, but has a stronger, sweeter flavor that is often paired with tarragon, chives and parsley. This Brussels winter type is a vigorous plant with a subtle warm flavor that is excellent in fish and chicken dishes or light sauces and dressings.

The beautiful blush, pink flowers of the wonderfully fragrant Cumin plants are used to flavor many popular East Indian dishes! The beautiful foliage has a very aromatic smell that is similar to dill. This herb's young leaves mix very well into salads. Cumin grows best in warmer climates, but will produce seeds in cooler northern climates if started early enough.
