Red Choi is a beautiful Pak Choi cabbage that has an excellent flavor cooked into meals! This variety is green with maroon veins that changes into a deep red color. The Red Choi has a compact growing habit.

The UFO F1 Gourd is a white saucer-shaped variety with short fingers that looks like it is out of this world, hence its name! Not only will these 8-10 ounce gourds blow you away with its unique looks, but also its flavor. This tasty variety grows on 5 foot vines and will produce a dozen fruits per plant.

The Florence Fennel Microgreen adds a crunchy mild fennel flavor and an extra kick when sprinkled on to any salad and sandwich! This microgreen variety has small thread like leaves that can easily be added to any meal. HarvestĀ in 20-30 days.

The Long Purple eggplant is considered a favorite productive Italian type of eggplant! This eggplant is a an old heirloom that was first brought to America in the 1870's by B.K. Bliss of New York. This variety produces good yields of mildly flavored eggplants that are 8-10" long by 2" wide. The Long Purple has a dark purple and glossy skin with pale white flesh that has few seeds. This variety is the most flavorful and tender when harvested young at 5-6" long. The Long Purple is a great variety for slicing and adding to different Italian dishes, such as lasagna.

The Buttergold corn has a sweet, tender and delicious flavor that is one you can't beat! This large sugary corn has a great keeping quality, making them excellent for freezing. With good cold soil emergence, the Buttergold is perfect for growing in northern climates, but it can perform well anywhere. Enjoy the mouth-watering sweet flavor of this corn in just 63 days!

The White Vienna Kohlrabi is an early variety that grows to 12" inches high. The pale green, flattened, globe shaped bulbs are smooth and tender and form above the ground. The uniquely flavored white flesh of this Kohlrabi is tastes the best when bulbs are 3" in diameter. Sow in the spring to enjoy a successful harvest over a longer period of time.

The French Horticultural Shell is a superb shelling bean, with excellent flavor. This is a semi-runner that can be sowed close together to offer additional support. Good disease resistance. Freezing and canning qualities are superior.

The Imperial Star is a green growing artichoke that is perfect for annual harvest! Imperial Star will produce well-developed artichokes the first year from seed. Plants become 1 1/2-3' tall and have an open growth habit. Each typically produces 1-2 primary buds, which average 3-4" in diameter, and 5-7 smaller secondary buds.

Crunchy Crimson radish is a high yielding root with superior quality and uniformity. These roots have bright red skin with excellent interior quality and are very slow to develop pith. Crunchy Crimson grows well under cool conditions.
