The Homestead Tomato is a very heat tolerant tomato, making it perfect for growing in southern and hotter climates. The luscious and meaty 8 ounce mid-sized tomatoes have a bright red smooth skin. The Homestead tomato variety is semi-determinate.

The Quickpick Pinkeye cowpea is a bush type southern cowpea with early maturity and good disease resistance. This variety is a pinkeye Purplehull type variety that is determinate, erect, compact (reach about 20 inches), and non-vining. This cowpea gets its name, Quickpick, because it matures in about 60 days. The pods are dark-purple and about seven to eight inches long containing nine to eleven, kidney-shaped seeds with large, maroon colored eyes. If you are using for Nitrogen fixation we highly recommend using a cowpea inoculant. Try with cowpea inoculant for maximum Nitrogen fixation.

The Big Boy Purplehull is a high yielding, popular Southern cowpea that is great for home gardens. Big Boy Purplehull is a long podded variety with 13-16 peas per pod that are light tan in color and oblong shape. This is a good garden variety and is very prolific. A crossing of a Permagreen Bell pepper and an Early Jalapeno variety bred by New Mexico State in 1995. A flavorful variety of pepper known for its vibrant, citrusy tang paired with a mild to medium heat. This pepper is often recognized for its bright yellow to orange color and its zesty, lemon-like aroma, which makes it stand out in both culinary and ornamental uses. They can be used fresh, dried, or in sauces to add a refreshing, tangy kick to dishes, and are particularly popular in salsas, salads, and marinades.

This variety has excellent shape and uniformity. It has bright white interior with attractive dark red skin and is mid-early maturing. Crunchy King holds its round shape and does well all season, but it is strongest in fall and spring slots. It has very high recovery and is slow to pith.
