The Jersey Knight asparagus is a very productive and great tasting plant. These roots grow tall stalks that can yield up to 3-4 times more asparagus than other varieties. Predominantly male, produces high yields, high disease tolerance and produces well in warmer climates. Jersey Knight produces the best spear quality of all the Jersey hybrids. "42-Days” is the world’s earliest tomato plant. Be the first to harvest tomatoes with excellent flavor. Small .5-1 oz. fruits are bright red and have very few seeds. While most early tomatoes originate from cooler climates, “42-Days” is believed to have come from the southern climate of Mexico. From our experience it does well in both cool and warm climates.
