The Speckled Roman is a plum shaped tomato with a great flavor! This tomato variety is a beautiful colored tomato and when mature, has a bright red skin with golden streaks. This meaty tomato has a thick flesh that is excellent raw in salads, and cooks quickly into different sauces.
The Italian Cocozelle is a bush type of squash plant that produces high yields of the long, tender, dark green fruits. This Italian zucchini is very flavorful and tender. This variety is best when harvested at 12" long or smaller. The Cocozelle is excellent for slicing, frying, and steaming and is also a good freezing and canning variety. Pick often when the squash is young to prolong harvest. Harvesting zucchini when it is young and tender offers the best flavor and eating quality. Dulce Nectar Honeydew is super sweet with extra juicy flesh. Ripens midseason and grows well in a wide range of climates. Does well in hot weather and poor soil conditions. Produces oval, smooth and a creamy shade of white, with pale green flesh within. Once ripe these melons will harvest between 5 to 6 pounds melons. Resistant to powdery mildew and tobacco mosaic virus.
The red veined Red Tabby Spinach has beautiful tender smooth leaves. This variety is an excellent baby leaf spinach that does well in spring, fall and winter. Its uniform, smooth leaves grow straight and upright. Red Tabby is also resistant to downy mildew races 1-13.
Carmona Red is a favorite among many market growers! This lettuce variety produces big, bright red heads with lime green hearts. The Carmona Red has a nice silky texture and is very disease resistance.
