This husk cherry plant has compact productive growth that has good weather tolerance. Sweet, edible fruit hides inside a papery husk resembling a paper lantern. The Cipollini Yellow is an unique coin shaped yellow onion. This variety can be grown and perform well in most US latitudes. Cipollini Yellow has good pungency, but is still sweet. This onion is larger and flatter than most pearl onions, making it a great choice for any cooking or braising use. Cipollini Yellow is also excellent when used in crafts like braiding and has excellent storage ability for a small onion.

Certified - The Irish Cobbler is a great heirloom potato for delicious mashed potatoes! This variety is a well-respected heirloom and a popular favorite since its been released in 1876. This round to oblong shaped tubers have a white skin, flesh, and deep eyes. Irish Cobbler is deliciously mealy and makes the greatest potato dishes, especially mashed potatoes. This variety has been reported to have a strong potato flavor with a nutty aroma to the skin. Irish Cobbler is nicknamed Old Reliable because of its consistent yields year after year!

The Orange Dream cauliflower performs like a dream in outdoor and greenhouse growing conditions. This cauliflower is a medium-large plant. Orange Dream is a pastel orange cauliflower that exhibits great tolerance to heat and stress.

An excellent variety for home gardens and markets. Copenhagen Market grows up to 3-4 lbs and 6-8" in diameter. Grows as a compact plant with short stems. Great for slow cooking, coleslaws and sauerkraut.

The Mississippi Silver cowpea is adapted to hot humid climates, but does well in most climates. This variety produces pods 6-7 " long, and that are colored silver, occasionally streaked with rose. The Mississippi Silver is easy to grow and shell. If you are using for Nitrogen fixation we highly recommend using a cowpea inoculant. Try with cowpea inoculant for maximum Nitrogen fixation.

The Montana Giant garlic has a full and robust taste that sets it apart from other garlics. It can pack a punch of high heat that quickly melts away. Montana Giant is a hardneck Rocambole that produces large cloves that are easy to peel and great to cook with. Averages 5-7 cloves per bulb.

The McCaslan 42 bean is one of the oldest heirloom varieties around! The medium green pods reach eight inches long and produce meaty, slightly flattened beans of superb quality. An old Southern favorite introduced in 1912 by the McCaslan family of Georgia. The vines produce prolifically throughout the growing season. Great dry or as a snap bean. Seeds are ivory-white, oblong and flat. A great cooking and canning bean.
