Certified - The Centennial Sweet Potato is probably the most widely known variety recognized in America! This variety has a carrot-like color on the inside with a copper to orange outside skin. Centennial is nicknamed "Baby Bakers" and is ready in about 90 days. The delicious Centennial has been used in many bake-off contests and is a favorite for making sweet potato fries!

Enjoy a mouth watering blend of the Sweet Potato Lover's mix! This mix contains all 3 of our most colorful and popular varieties that we carry! This mix contains Centennial, Murasaki Purple and O'Henry. We may have to substitute a variety at the end of the season if supplies are low.

Certified - Georgia Jets is such a fast growing sweet potato! This sweet potato is a marvelous variety that just like its name suggests, matures extremely fast! In 90 days you will have large, ready to eat sweet potatoes. Georgia Jets is also high yielding!

The Russet Burbank is the standard Idaho Potato variety that Idaho built its reputation on! Also known as the "Idaho Netted Gem" or simply just "The Russet". This variety is the most widely grown potato in the United States. We have eaten literally thousands of Russet Burbank potatoes baked, and the last one always tastes just as delicious as the first! Dr. Burbank, the Russet Burbank's breeder, even admitted he was fortunate to have bred this popular cultivar!

The Standard Mix is a blend of popular delicious seed potatoes that are great for baking, boiling, frying, mashing and more! Each variety of potato in the Standard Mix has approximately 8 potato seed pieces per pound. Usually 3-5 potatoes that can be cut into more pieces to plant. Minimum of 4lbs (1lbs of each variety). Yukon Gold - Best seller and an excellent keeper! Attractive, smooth, thin yellow skin, shallow eyes, yellow flesh and uniform yields. If you like your fried potatoes golden brown, Yukon Gold will almost turn that color by themselves. However, with Yukon Gold, your mashed potatoes are golden and beautiful to both the eye and the taste. When first harvested, Yukon Gold shows unique pink eyes not seen in other yellow varieties. They are best when home grown! Russet Burbank - The Idaho Potato that Idaho built its reputation on! Also known as the "Idaho Netted Gem" or simply "The Russet". Kennebec Potato Seeds One of the most popular potatoes grown by home gardeners. High yields of large, white skin, white fleshed tubers that grow well under harsh conditions. Kennebecs - Superb boiled, mashed, fried, hashed or baked. Good jacket potato - smoother it in sour cream, cheese, chives and bacon. It's absolutely perfect. If it is late in the season and we are out of a variety above, we will substitute the next closest variety.

Certified - The O'Henry is a unique looking white-skinned and cream-fleshed sweet potato variety with a deliciously delicate sweet flavor. This different looking sweet potato might look more like a potato than sweet potato, but its yummy sweet flavor is all sweet potato! O'Henry cooks drier than other sweet potatoes making it the perfect baking or frying sweet potato.

Certified - The Magic Molly is a purple-skinned fingerling potato with a unique dark purple flesh! This potato variety produces larger than normal fingerling-shaped tubers with dark purple skin and solid dark purple flesh that retains its color even when boiled. Magic Molly's tubers have an excellent flavor, especially when roasted!

Certified - The Pinto Gold is a unique two colored potato! This potato variety has a purple skin with its gold flesh showing a bit on the outside. The Zebra or Pinto Gold is a beautiful gourmet style potato. This unique potato looks great when baked and served whole. The Pinto Gold has a great flavor with a high starchiness. The Pinto Gold is a favorite for fresh markets!

Certified - The La Soda is a great potato boiled, baked or fried! This tasty potato variety has a distinctive rosy skin and waxy white flesh. La Soda is a widely adapted and reliable potato that withstands cold, heat and drought.

Certified - The Adirondack Red Potato has a beautiful red outside and a red inside! This variety is a delicious tasting potato that makes just about any meal pop with red colored mashed potatoes. The Adirondack Red has a creamy texture with fine potato flavor!

Its high yields of large, white skin, white fleshed tubers grow well under harsh conditions. Kennebecs are superb boiled, mashed, fried, hashed or baked! This variety is also a good jacket potato - smother it in sour cream, cheese, chives and bacon, it's absolutely perfect.

Certified - The pure white inside of the White Yam has such an excellent, sweet yam flavor! This sweet potato is one of America's oldest varieties. 110 days to maturity.

Certified - The Beauregard Sweet Potato is one of the most top yielding sweet potatoes available! Beauregard is such an outstanding release that has been accepted by farmers everywhere! Chances are that this sweet potato is the variety that is available in your local market. The red-orange outside color and orange inside color make it an attractive favorite. Beauregard is quick maturing with good shape.
