Georgia Southern is a large collard plant with a cabbage-like taste! This variety produces bluish-green leaves that can grow up to 36" tall and do not bunch or head like cabbage leaves. These large open heads are great for cooking or freezing. The Georgia Southern collard is vitamin rich, sweet, not bitter, heat tolerant, and frost hardy.

Junior is a miniature sunflower ideally suited for pots or as a front row flower in the garden. This sunflower rarely gets over knee high. Grow three plants in an 8 inch pot for a profusion of yellow sunflower color on these branching plants. Since its flowers are pollenless Junior is ideal for the coffee or dining table. They flower fast and easy. Flower are yellow with brown centers.

It can even be planted in trays and harvested at transplanting time. It is one of the smaller mini pak choies on the market. Excellent production for pak choi hearts.

The Chocolate Bell Pepper is a Chocolate colored bell pepper with a very sweet flavor. This early maturing bell pepper turns dark brown on the outside and a deep red on the inside when fully ripened. This Bell Pepper is beautiful raw in salads and roasted in other dishes. The Chocolate Bell is the perfect bell pepper for gardeners with short seasons.

The White Wonder cucumber is a white cucumber with a fresh, crisp texture. This variety was introduced in 1893 and has since been a fun cucumber to grow in the garden. The Crackerjack Marigold is a festive flowing plant that produces huge, bushy blooms of carnation-like flowers on tall stems. This variety blooms yellow, gold and orange that adds a beautiful pop of color to any garden!

Butter King Lettuce is slow to bolt or turn bitter. This varieties' light-green crisp 12-13 oz. butterheads do well in Midwest heat. The Butter King is a Boston type, but it is nearly twice as large and more tender. This lettuce grows vigorously with a good flavor and is disease resistant.

Produces a large bloom that resembles Queen Anne’s Lace. An absolute hit that looks great with any other flowers in a flower arrangement. Griffitti is a favorite among cut-flower growers for adding light, airy texture to mixed bouquets and arrangements. This hardy annual can be sown early and handles cool temperatures well. Naturally branching plants don’t require pinching and are easy to grow. The Yellow Inca II Marigold is a hybrid that produces early, fully double blooms from a reliable seed that has good performance and strength. This Marigold will grow up to 12" tall and 10" wide and blooms early with 3.5" flowers and strong stems. The Yellow Inca II does well in any garden or patio container.

Humulus lupulus, commonly known as hops, is a vigorous perennial climbing plant that can reach heights of nearly 20 feet in a single growing season, growing at a moderate to fast rate. Hardy to USDA Zone 5 and tolerant of frost, hops reliably return year after year. The plants produce fragrant flowers from July through August, followed by seed ripening in early fall from September to October. Beyond their ornamental appeal, hops are valued for their ability to attract wildlife and have a long history of use in herbal and pharmaceutical applications. Most famously, hops are an essential ingredient in beer, prized for the distinctive aroma, flavor, and bitterness they contribute to brewing. Growing Note: Hops grown from seed will produce both male and female plants. Once the plants begin to flower, it’s important to identify and remove the males, keeping only the females, as only female plants produce the hop cones used for brewing and other purposes. Male hop plants can be recognized by their drooping, branched clusters of small, simple flowers with five sepals and short stamens, resembling catkins. In contrast, female plants develop the familiar cone-shaped flowers that are harvested as hops.

The Green Sprouting Calabrese produces large dark green heads bursting with flavor. This broccoli with is a favorite, that now is available as organic seed! Good in short season areas with cool nights. It will produce many lateral or side shoots over a long season. It is slow bolting with a flavor that can't be beat.

The Autumn Buckskin F1 Pumpkin is a buff colored dickenson hybrid that was selected especially for both baking and decorative purposes. This slightly flattened, hardy pumpkin is 8 x 13 inches big weighing at 12-15 pounds! This plant has large vines to produce up to 5 pumpkins per plant.
