Also known as ‘yam bean’, this tuber has crisp, sweet white flesh, and light brown skin. Low calorie food that is great in a salad or stir-fry. With a long, hot season it can grow 4-6" diameter and 4-5 lbs in weight. More temperate climates will produce smaller roots. Tubers develop after flowering and store well.
Storage #4 is a great producer of dark green color cabbage that have excellent storage life. This versatile variety also works great in the late fall for fresh market, especially in muddy and rainy conditions. Due to its earliness when used for storage, we recommend later season plantings for best storage results.
Secretariat is a fast maturing watermelon with high yields. This seedless watermelon offers a smooth, medium-green exterior with green stripes and has a nice round-oval shape.
