$2.00

Gives dark red foliage that is great for salads! Bull’s Blood is an old favorite that is great cooked and mixed in with salads. Use the leaves and root in salads for excellent contrast. Beet roots reach 2-3″ round and are most tender harvested early. Inside flesh is deep red-maroon with pink rings inside. Very tolerant to heat and cold. Color intensifies as plants reach maturity.
