Aztec Rustica is native to central and South America. It grows to 30" high with abundant bright yellow flowers that are very attractive to bees and hummingbirds. Flowering lasts up to two months. Leaves air cure to a medium to dark brown and produce a very mild flavored smoke. Aztec has a very high nicotine content. The leaves are often used by home gardeners to make a very effective insecticide by soaking them in water to make a "tea". The tea is then sprayed onto vegetables and flowers and lasts up to six weeks. Grows well in cool climates and tolerates frost.

The Persian Basil produces beautifully large and amazingly delicious bright green leaves that will enhance just about any dish! You will love having this beauty grow in your garden and so will pollinators as it is also a very attractive ornamental plant. Enjoy the zesty Persian Basil in any soup, pasta or salad. This variety is a prolific producer.

Virginia Bright Leaf is an heirloom variety dating back many decades. It averages 6' in height with 18-20 leaves per plant below the crows foot. It reaches maturity when blooms appear at 55 days. The light green leaves average 12" wide by 24" long and become a light yellow/green when ripe. Leaves began to ripen as the plant reaches bloom. Air cures easily to a light golden brown with yields averaging 3 oz of dried leaf per plant.

Catnip seeds grow into Nepeta cataria, a hardy perennial herb in the mint family that has been cultivated in Europe since ancient times and brought to North America by early settlers. Known for its gray-green, heart-shaped leaves and small clusters of lavender-white flowers, catnip thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, often self-seeding and spreading easily once established. While its slightly minty, herbal flavor is less appealing to humans than other mints, it has been used historically in teas and remedies for relaxation and digestive support. Most famously, catnip contains the compound nepetalactone, which excites and entertains cats, making it a favorite for cat toys, treats, and enrichment, while also serving as a pollinator-friendly addition to herb gardens.

Peppermint seeds produce a popular and versatile herb that has been valued for centuries for its refreshing flavor and medicinal properties. Originating from Europe and the Middle East, peppermint is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint, and it has been used in various cultures for its soothing effects on the digestive system and its aromatic qualities. The plant is characterized by its vibrant green, lance-shaped leaves with a slightly serrated edge and a strong, invigorating scent. Peppermint plants typically reach maturity in about 70 to 90 days, depending on growing conditions, and they exhibit a vigorous, spreading growth habit. They thrive in moist, well-drained soil and prefer partial to full sunlight. Peppermint is a hardy perennial that, once established, can quickly spread and form a dense ground cover if not contained. Its flavor is cool and crisp, with a characteristic menthol note that enhances both culinary dishes and beverages, and its leaves are often used in teas, salads, and as a garnish.

The Dukat Dill is a popular, improved dill variety that produces a high amount of its essential oil! This dill's attractive ferny foliage is best when used fresh or dried in dips, salads, soups and sauces - as well as to flavor peas and potatoes.

Virginia Gold is a well known heirloom variety dating back well over 50 years. It grows to a height of 6'-7' with low suckering. The light green leaves are from 14" to 18" wide and 24" to 30" long, and turn a light yellow when ripe. The plants produce an average of 18 leaves per plant below the crows foot, with yields averaging 3 oz of dried leaf per plant. Matures in 55 days.

A lavender that produces flowers the first year from seed. Produces a more consistent and early flower blooms. Deep purple-blue spikes top silvery-green mounded plants with vigorous branching habit. 12-16" tall and 6-8" wide when mature.
