Boneset (Eupatorium perfoliatum) is a native North American herb with a rich history and distinctive characteristics. Historically used by Indigenous peoples for its medicinal properties, Boneset earned its name from its traditional use in treating fevers and musculoskeletal ailments. Originating from the eastern United States, this perennial plant is recognized for its unique features and growing habits. Boneset typically grows to a height of 3 to 4 feet and has a bushy, upright growth habit. Its leaves are opposite and deeply veined, creating a striking appearance. In late summer to early fall, the plant produces clusters of small, white to pale pink flowers that are highly attractive to pollinators such as bees and butterflies. The seeds of Boneset are borne in fluffy, dandelion-like clusters, aiding in wind dispersal. With its historical significance, robust growth, and attractive bloom, Boneset remains a valuable addition to both medicinal gardens and natural landscapes.

Gomphrena Fireworks is a new and unique, stand out species of Gomphrena features beautiful, tall, sturdy 36" to 48" inch stems. Topped with vibrant 1" to 1.5" inch, hot iridescent pink blooms tipped with bright yellow star shaped stamens, they resemble firecrackers! Excellent for a cut flower production crop. This low-maintenance variety tolerates heat and is a favorite for friendly garden pollinators.

Despite its name, the Swamp Asclepias is one of the most vibrant and beautifully colored milkweeds around for the home gardens! This Butterfly Weed's red blooms are beautiful and will attract butterflies and hummingbirds to your garden. This perennial thrives in zones 3-8 and will produces its willowy foliage and cherry-red blooms that can be enjoyed all summer long!

The Emperor's Wave Sedum is a beautiful flowering plant that produces dense, purple-red umbels that are held on dark-stems. The strong, blue-green foliage of this variety is very attractive and succulent. The Emperor's Wave reaches to be 15 inches tall and wide and blooms in August through September. The Emperor's Wave feeds honey bees, butterflies, and is a good cutting flower.

This is an excellent okra plant for tight spaces. French Quarter Red does well in containers and smaller gardens. Produces attractive, compact plants that only reach 24-30 inches tall. Yields 3-5 pods at a time when harvested regularly. Harvest pods at 3-4" in size and use for grilling, stir-fry or jambalaya.

Prairie Blazing Star (Liatris pycnostachya) is a classic North American prairie perennial long valued by Indigenous peoples and early settlers, and today it remains a signature species of tallgrass prairies and restoration plantings. It produces tall, upright spikes crowded with vivid purple, nectar-rich flowers that bloom from the top down, drawing in butterflies, bees, and especially monarchs in late summer. Its narrow, grass-like foliage and sturdy stems create a striking vertical accent in gardens, while its deep-rooted nature provides excellent drought tolerance once established. To grow Prairie Blazing Star successfully, plant seeds in full sun, provide well-drained soil, and allow a natural winter cold stratification or refrigerate seeds before sowing; plants grow slowly at first as they build deep roots but return reliably year after year with increasingly showy blooms.

Baby Blue Eyes Nemophila is a quick growing low carpet blooms that fade from dark blue to sky blue centers and is often seen in the blooming in spring. This variety is an annual that is a profuse bloomer of simple flowers. The Baby Blue Eyes is known to re-seed itself for a display the following spring.

Purple Quartet sports strong stems that support beautiful sprays of sweetly-scented purple flowers. The Four O'clock Tall Mix is a wonderful combination of beautiful and easy to grow white, crimson, violet, and yellow flowers. This variety is named for its characteristic of blooming tall flowers and giving off a beautiful aroma after 4pm. The Tall Mix will grow great in barrels, tubs, and large pots.
