Bibb is a crisp, clean, and easy to grow butterhead lettuce that has light green leaves with the occasional red spots. The crispy heads often self blanch in the center. This lettuce variety is perfect for farmers markets and for the home gardener. This Bibb does well in the heat, yet still grows quickly in our cool weather. Lt. John B. Bibb served in the War of 1812, represented Logan County in the Kentucky House of Representatives and the state Senate from 1827 to 1834. Lt. Bibb was also an amateur horticulturist and developed the Bibb lettuce we know and love today. However, it wasn't offered commercially until 1935.

Gustus Brussels sprout is a newer variety with great taste and high yields! An excellent variety for home gardens and markets. Gustus is an early maturing with mid-green, firm buttons that are evenly spaced on the stalk. A high yielding sprout that grows 24" tall. Sprouts weight 6 oz. with a smooth texture and cabbage-like flavor.

The Waltham Butternut squash is prolific, easy to grow, sweet, and tasty. This favorite has wonderful storage capability and is now available in organic seeds. Sweet, fine textured flesh. Definitely the top choice winter squash. Butternut Squash has a sweet, almost nutty taste that is similar to sweet potato. Waltham Butternut Squash has yellow skin and orange flesh. Riverside is a smooth spinach with dark green leaves. Grown mostly for its spade-shaped baby leaf harvesting. Riverside produces at normal rates with an upright plant habit. Excellent for growers who want premium quality product. Riverside is also very resistant to downy mildew.

The Ashley cucumber is great for hot Southern weather and has great downy mildew resistance! This variety was released by Clemson Agricultural in 1956 and produces very productive vines that produce 8", dark green cucumbers. Ashley is known to be a very good slicing variety!

The Tabasco Pepper is a very hot pepper that is most known for its fantastic spicy flavor in hot sauces! This pepper variety turns green to red when mature and grows to a size of .5" x 1.5." Tabasco reaches 30,000+ Scovilles!

The Vivian lettuce is a tightly bunched romaine with broad dark green crisp leaves. Its leaves are 12-16 in. long and 4-6 in. across. Vivian is bolt resistant and suitable for commercial and home growers. Its erect dark green leaves are great for baby leaf production.

The Corno Di Toro Rossa Pepper is an old-time Italian sweet frying pepper! Corno Di Torro Rosso is nicknamed the "bull's horn" for its distinctive horn shape. This plant bears 8" fruits that matures to a bright red. The Corno Di Toro Rosso is a great cooking pepper variety.
