The Bullnose Pepper is an early American pepper variety that was grown by Thomas Jefferson in the mid-to-late 1800s and is gaining popularity again. The Cubanelle Pepper is a great frying pepper. This 3 lobed pepper is tapered with a blunt end. Its slightly irregular and roughened, medium-thick waxy flesh matures from yellow-green to red, and it has a crispy distinct flavor.

Revolution pepper is known for its strong disease package. Provides intermediate resistance to phytophthora and CMV, and resistance to BLS (races 1, 2, 3, 5). Produces an abundance of extra large, blocky fruits with thick walls. Will mature from green to red and can be picked at either color. Revolution peppers have been noted to have early maturity, concentrated set and good yield ability during cool growing periods.

The Salsa Pepper is a mid-early variety of sweet Kapia for open field and greenhouse production. This pepper variety is very strong and productive, with good flower setting in warm climates. These peppers are relatively short and wide with thick juicy walls. Salsa is suitable for roasting, grilling, fresh market consumption and of course for making a sweet salsa!

A consistent producer of huge bell peppers. Blocky fruits grow to 6" with smooth, thick walls. When mature they slowly turn red with a tangy flavor. These peppers keep their consistency and high yields even in cooler temperatures. Plants grow up to 24" and have excellent foliage cover.
