Krug Dent corn is an old commercial variety. First bred by Illinois farmer George Krug in 1921. George W. Krug started experimenting with corn in 1906 to develop a corn that would be more productive for his 100 acre estate. George started his seed line by mixing two strains called Improved World's Fair and Iowa Gold Mine with a couple of bushels of good-looking seed which he purchased at a farm sale. The qualities he selected for included weight, luster, smoothness, freedom of excessive starch and high oil content. He entered his corn in the county farm bureau yield test in 1919, and topped the field in 1920 and 1921 among 118 growers who entered these tests. Hereafter Krug Dent became famous and was sought after everywhere. George Krug however was a very modest man and did not collect a royalty from any of those using his name in producing "Krug Corn." all he wanted was a better corn for his farm.

Dublin corn produces beautiful tall stalks that can reach 8-10' with 8-9" long ears. Originating from Dublin, Ontario this corn was developed for a short growing season. A high protein percentage of 10-11%, this variety can be used for flour, cornmeal, and by distilleries.

Argent is a heterozygous sugary enhancer with excellent eating quality. It is noted for its wide adaptability and disease tolerance. High Resistance: Stewart’s Wilt. Intermediate Resistance: Northern Corn Leaf Blight.

Nectar falls into the Quad Sweets family of heirloom taste and modern sweetness. At a 78 day maturity, it works well in tandem with Temptress. Nectar has a good size plant at 7' and a nice ear height of 30". It has excellent tip fill and husk protection and overall has a very nice appearance. It is easy to harvest, as it has a quick snap, is easy to package, and stores well. Nectar, like the rest of the Quad Sweets, is a grower friendly variety and a favorite with customers for its exceptional taste.

R997 is a mid-season butterfly popcorn with the large orange grain. R997 has long cylinder-shaped ears with easy shelling orange kernels and improved stalk strength. It has wide geographic adaptation and has performed exceptionally internationally. High resistance: Grey Leaf Spot Intermediate Resistance: Common Rust, Northern Corn Leaf Blight, and Drought.

An augmented bi-color corn type that was developed at the University of Florida. Everglades had great trial results throughout the Northern and Southern areas of the USA. Everglades has a high level of consistency, a nice dark green package, good kernel contrast. an easy snap and it maintains these qualities in a wide range of conditions while retaining the high eating quality of the Augmented hybrids. Red Head broom corn produces a tall spray of seed heads at the top of the plant, laden with shiny red tiny sorghum seeds that birds love. Incorporate seeds into edible bird-feeder wreaths or leave the 2–3' sprays intact to add variety to traditional fall decorations.

Black Amber is a broom corn used for decoration and bird seed. An heirloom sorghum also known as Texas Black Amber Molasses. Stalks were used for forage, silage and sorghum syrup, due to a high sugar content and were used to replace sugar cane. Seed heads are similar to corn tassels but, consist of shiny black hulls encasing amber colored seeds.

The Country Gentleman corn is one of the best tasting open-pollinated corns available! This heirloom variety is a sweet, delicious corn with milky kernels that was first introduced over 100 years ago. Country Gentleman is a white variety with 8” ears. Its ears have no rows, as this is a shoepeg type, and its kernels are packed in a zigzag pattern. Country Gentleman is one of the best heirloom sweet corns in our opinion!

Euphoria is a new augmented corn variety. This corn is an early maturing hybrid that has good emergence and vigor. Very sturdy root stock. Devotion is a delicious sweet white corn perfect for market use. This corn variety is a high quality white sh2 with a superb taste. This corn variety has 8-inch ears with a nice husk package and good tip cover. Devotion corn plant will produce 16 to 18 rows of attractive, bright white kernels.

The Robust 98114W White Popcorn has delicious white kernels that, just like its name, makes the perfect popcorn. This white hull-less corn pops very crisp and tender. This corn has an excellent eating quality and improved stalk strength and yield potential.
