It produces slender, deep orange roots with a smooth texture, reaching 7–9 inches in length, and is known for its crisp, sweet taste with minimal core. Ideal for spring and fall planting, Barracuda carrots thrive in loose, well-drained soil and full sun, with consistent moisture to prevent splitting.
