The Tango is a reliable and fast growing celery variety! Tango celery is a great improvement over older celery varieties, as it is more tolerant of less than ideal conditions. Devotion is a delicious sweet white corn perfect for market use. This corn variety is a high quality white sh2 with a superb taste. This corn variety has 8-inch ears with a nice husk package and good tip cover. Devotion corn plant will produce 16 to 18 rows of attractive, bright white kernels.

The Salsa Pepper is a mid-early variety of sweet Kapia for open field and greenhouse production. This pepper variety is very strong and productive, with good flower setting in warm climates. These peppers are relatively short and wide with thick juicy walls. Salsa is suitable for roasting, grilling, fresh market consumption and of course for making a sweet salsa!

The Jubilee corn variety is an old-time favorite corn. Jubilee is one of the most popular varieties we sell and is excellent for late summer enjoyment. Its stalks reach 6 feet tall, and the 9 inch ears have deep, tender yellow kernels. You can pick it right off the stalk and cook for dinner. Providence corn is one of our favorite corns to grow for market use! This corn is a TripleSweet bicolor sweet corn with excellent eating quality that is suited for roadside and farm market sales. The husk package is medium green with moderate flags and covers the tip well. We're sure that this corn is going to be your's or your customer's favorite!

The Waldmans Green Lettuce is the standard green leaf lettuce that is most widely grown for commercial. This variety is a highly productive lettuce that produces large, dark green leaves with slightly savoyed, wavy texture form loose, open heads.

The Piccolo eggplant is a beautiful and eye catching eggplant. This variety's skin is purple and white striped with firm flesh that is great for stuffing and pickling. Piccolos are plump and oval, about 3×4” in size, that has a great charm and appeal. The Piccolo eggplant is vigorous and productive over a very long season in the open field or greenhouse, and they have a good shelf life!

The Provider bean is a stringless, fast maturing bush bean. Provider beans can be planted earlier than other beans because it germinates well in cool soils. Provider has compact bean plants that are easy to establish and adapt well to diverse soil and climate conditions. Harvest early for best stringless beans.

The Tropic VFN Tomato is a beautiful, large and firm red variety with a delicious juicy flavor that is perfect for greenhouse production! This variety is disease tolerant in hot humid climates.

UC157 F2 is one of the most popular asparagus varieties in the world! UC157 F2 prefers milder winters it can be grown successfully anywhere in the USA using mulch during cold winters. Early spears have uniform light green, tight and tapering heads. Excellent resistance to rust and root rot. UC157 asparagus has approximately 900 seeds per ounce.

The Self Blanching cauliflower is known for its bright white curds with a delicious flavor! The Self Blanching cauliflower has self-wrapping leaves that help protect the white curds from sun, thus the name Self Blanching Cauliflower. Remember cauliflower likes cool weather plant seed early spring or fall for best crops.

Cylindra beets, also known as "Formanova" or "Butter Slicer," are a unique variety of beetroot known for their elongated, cylindrical shape. These beets have a fascinating history, originally hailing from Europe, particularly Denmark, where they were developed in the early 20th century. Their distinctive shape was cultivated to make them easier to slice and can, a practical innovation that has made them popular among home gardeners and commercial growers alike. In terms of taste, cylindra beets are mild and sweet, with a slightly earthy flavor. They are known for their tender, non-fibrous texture, making them excellent candidates for pickling, roasting, or slicing thinly for salads. Their deep red-purple skin contrasts beautifully with the vibrant, dark red flesh inside, adding an attractive element to culinary dishes. Cylindra beets typically grow to be 6-8 inches in length and 2 inches in diameter. They are ready for harvest in approximately 55-65 days from planting, making them a relatively quick-growing beet variety. They thrive in well-drained, loamy soil with full sun exposure. When it comes to disease resistance, cylindra beets tend to be more resistant to common beet diseases like leaf spot and powdery mildew than some other beet varieties. Proper spacing is crucial, with about 2-3 inches between each plant and rows spaced 12-18 inches apart. With the right care and growing conditions, cylindra beets can yield a bountiful crop of these delicious and uniquely-shaped vegetables, making them a favorite among gardeners and chefs.

The Manny cucumber is a Beit-Alpha type cucumber that is ideal for greenhouse cultivation. This cucumber variety is fast growing and high resistant to disease. This slicing cucumber is perfect for commercial growing.

The Vivian lettuce is a tightly bunched romaine with broad dark green crisp leaves. Its leaves are 12-16 in. long and 4-6 in. across. Vivian is bolt resistant and suitable for commercial and home growers. Its erect dark green leaves are great for baby leaf production.

Gustus Brussels sprout is a newer variety with great taste and high yields! An excellent variety for home gardens and markets. Gustus is an early maturing with mid-green, firm buttons that are evenly spaced on the stalk. A high yielding sprout that grows 24" tall. Sprouts weight 6 oz. with a smooth texture and cabbage-like flavor.
