The Early Cascade Tomato is an early maturing bright red saladette type of tomato that has a wonderful fresh taste in salads! This very productive variety produces little 4 ounce vibrant tomatoes in clusters of 5-8 fruits.

The Parris Island Cos is an heirloom romaine lettuce that is great for home and market gardens. This variety is a great lettuce commonly used for baby leaf production. Parris Island Cos is a fast maturing lettuce that makes an excellent tasting head. Its uniform upright, grey-green heads are 8-12" tall and have slightly savory leaves and are medium-slow to bolt.

The Sub Arctic Plenty is the world's fastest growing heirloom tomato, in just 42 days from transplant you will have fresh vine ripe tomatoes! This variety is a great tomato to grow in Northern areas where the season is short. However, this is also great for Southern locations where you can harvest the crop before insects and disease start to take over. The Sub Arctic Plenty is a bush variety that needs no staking, as it is great for hanging in baskets.

The contender is a stringless, bush bean that matures early. Contender produces a huge yield of tender bush beans that have excellent flavor and very reliable. Beans start producing about a week before most other varieties. Bean pods grow up to 8" long but are best eaten early when they are 5" and stringless. Cooks up tender, cans and freezes with no loss of quality. Pick on the early end of the harvest date for smaller and more tender beans. Mildew tolerant, great for short seasons and hot weather.
