The Barese Swiss Chard is an excellent home garden chard. This variety is known for its taste and tenderness. The Barese is bred specifically for baby leaf production. This chard matures quickly, produces uniform, crisp leaves and holds well.

Little SnapPea Crunch is perfect for smaller gardens or container growing! These pea plants are compact yet very productive. Little SnapPea Crunch produces crunchy, sweet, juicy, edible pod peas in about 58-60 days. These peas do well as the weather warms and pea shoots, mature in 13 days and displays very short internodes. Leaves are great as a garnish or as a stand-alone salad green.

Broadleaf Batavian endive seeds produce a vigorous leafy green with broad, dark green leaves that add a hearty texture and distinctive, mildly bitter flavor to various dishes. To plant these seeds, start them indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost or sow them directly into well-drained soil in early spring or late summer for a fall crop. Space the seeds about 12 inches apart, either in rows or as a direct sowing, and plant them ¼ inch deep. If starting indoors, transplant seedlings outdoors once they are 3-4 inches tall and all danger of frost has passed. Broadleaf Batavian endive thrives in cool weather and prefers full sun to partial shade. Keep the soil rich, moist, and well-drained, and provide regular watering to prevent drought stress. The endive grows well in cooler temperatures, making it suitable for early spring or late summer planting. Harvest the leaves when they are young and tender, usually 70-80 days after sowing, by picking the outer leaves or cutting the entire plant at the base. For a continuous supply, sow seeds in intervals, ensuring a fresh harvest of this flavorful green throughout the growing season.

The Dark Armenian cucumber is a beautiful cucumber that once is cut looks like the shape of a flower! The Dark Armenian, or Metki, has a dark skin and crispy flesh. This variety of cucumbers can grow over 18" long but are best picked at 12". These cucumbers are mostly ribbed and have an excellent sweet flavor.

Marketer cucumber seeds produce a classic open-pollinated slicing variety introduced in the 1940s, prized for its dependable yields and smooth, dark-green fruits. Typically growing 8–9 inches long, Marketer cucumbers have thin, tender skin, crisp texture, and a mild, refreshing flavor that makes them ideal for fresh eating. Plants are vigorous and productive, thriving in warm weather and well-drained, fertile soil; they perform well when trellised or allowed to sprawl. For best results, sow seeds after soil warms to at least 70°F, keep moisture consistent, and harvest regularly to encourage continuous production.

Gypsy is a hybrid broccoli that produces well in warmer growing zones. An excellent variety for greenhouse production. Gypsy has a strong root system and intermediate downy mildew resistance. Gypsy yields excellent, smooth, dome-shaped heads with medium-small beads.

The hardy American Flag leek is a good variety for both home and market growers. The attractive uniform leek has blue green leaves and white stalks. QIS Salmon Gomphrena is highly productive accent flower that is excellent for fresh bouquets or dried arrangements. Produces 1-2" salmon color blooms. The QIS (Quality in Seed) Series is a florist favorite for its consistent production in quality, length, and uniformity. Also known as globe amaranth and common globe amaranth.

Borage is a mounded plant that produces beautiful blue flowers that are great for using as a garnish for different dishes or drinks. This large variety is a self seeding annual that bears hundreds of small edible flowers, mostly blue and some pink, over a long harvest. Borage has a mild cucumber flavor that is great for salads and garnishes. Medicinal: Seed oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid.

This aromatic heirloom herb can be grown as a perennial ground cover and tolerates light foot traffic once established. It forms a low, spreading mat through creeping rhizomes, making it well suited for paths and garden edges. While it produces fewer blooms than annual chamomile types, it shares many of the same traditional culinary, tea, and medicinal uses. The flavor and aroma are notably fruity and milder, with less bitterness than German chamomile. Grown as an annual ornamental in many regions, it performs best in bright, sunny locations and well-drained soil.
