Where is the status of my order?

Most instock items will ship with 1-2 business days. If your order has not shipped you can login to your account to check the status of your order. Seasonal items will be shipped when appropriate for your growing zone. If an item is out of stock you will be notified with options. If you still have questions please contact us.

What qualifies for Free Shipping?

We cannot offer free shipping at this time, given the current circumstances.

How does the 100% satsifaction gurantee work?

We guarantee all products to the full amount of the purchase price. We shall refund your money or provide a replacement if you are not satisfied. Click here for more information.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

If you have a coupon code you can enter it on the “Shopping Cart” page. This is the only location to enter your coupon. If you go past this page you will need to go back.

What types of payment do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover,
Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal.

Is your website secure?

Our website and payment processing is 100% safe and secure. Before you type your card details into a website, ensure that the site is secure. Look out for a small padlock symbol in the address bar (or elsewhere in your browser window) and a web address beginning with https (the s stands for ‘secure’). You also need to check that the website is trustworthy.

Do we keep credit card information?

No. We will never keep your credit card number. We will also NEVER sale your personal information or email.

Shipping Information:

How will my order ship?

95% of all orders will ship via USPS. If your order weighs less than 16 ounces you will have your choice of first class or priority mail at check out. All orders above 16 ounces will ship USPS priority. In some occasions UPS or Fedex will be used to ship orders above 20 lbs or oversized dimensions.

When will my order arrive?

All instock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Transit times will be between 1-3 days via USPS. So most orders arrive 2-5 days after ordering. You can login to your account to check tracking.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Many countries require a phytosanitary certificate before the seeds can enter your country. Phytosanitary certificates cost $125. Minimum seed order for this is $100. Please contact us to see what your country requirements are.
