When to Plant:
Broccoli should be started 6 weeks before planting date. Plant outside as soon as soil can be worked. Fall plantings can be direct seeded in early summer or transplanted middle of summer.
Add 2-3 lbs of 8-16-16 fertilizer 2 weeks before planting to every 100 square feet. No additional fertilizer is necessary.
