The darkest red amaranth we offer makes it perfect for autumn arrangements. This amaranth is much different from the long droopy caudatus types with more upright and feathery blooms. When plants are young and leaves are tender, the foliage makes a nice edible green.

Hopi produces beautiful blooms that make a nice addition to floral arrangements. Blooms are not so big as to distract from other flowers. Hopi Red Dye's flower heads are smaller, about 1–2" wide x 12–24" long. Flower clusters, stems, and leaves can be used to make a natural red food dye. This seed is certified organic.

The 'Lake Collection' White offers a long-day flowering Trachelium variety that produces the large central umbel with smaller white side umbels or “satellites.” Excellent vase life and great for floral arrangements. Griffitti is a favorite among cut-flower growers for adding light, airy texture to mixed bouquets and arrangements. It produces masses of small 2–2½" yellow blooms on fine, wiry stems, complemented by eye-catching chartreuse foliage for extra contrast. This hardy annual can be sown early and handles cool temperatures well. Naturally branching plants don’t require pinching and are easy to grow. An excellent, low-effort alternative to eucalyptus for fresh or dried designs.

Excellent for cut-flowers and filling bouquets. Forms neat 12" mounding plants with attractive, finely cut, silvery-white foliage. Silverdust has large, 3-7" long, velvety leaves with a magical snowflake appearance.

A beautiful Dusty Miller that has large-lobed, flat leaves. Make a great cut-flower with its silvery foliage. Broad silver leaves bring luminous contrast to plantings. Large lobes create a bold, flattened foliage texture. Stems work beautifully as silvery bouquet accents. Durable plants tolerate lean soil and browsing pressure.

Delicate, feathery plumes in a slightly softer hue than Red Spike offer a refined look for late summer and fall arrangements. This upright amaranth features rich crimson-purple blooms paired with deep purple-red foliage, creating striking contrast and texture in the garden and the vase. A versatile bouquet filler, it performs beautifully both fresh and dried. When young, the tender leaves can also be enjoyed as a nutritious edible green, adding even more value to this classic ornamental—commonly known simply as amaranth.

Produces a large bloom that resembles Queen Anne’s Lace. An absolute hit that looks great with any other flowers in a flower arrangement. The lacy flowers appear in shades of old rose-pink, through burgundy to chocolate. Blooms thousands of tiny flowers on top of 2-4" clusters. The plants bloom for most of the summer from just one planting.

Hot Biscuits is an easy to grow plant that is great as a cut filler in bouquets and vases. This plant grows 40-48" tall and produces heavy yields of bronze blooms. To encourage optimum branching it's recommended to pinch out the center (apical) bud.

White French Orlaya also known as White Lace Flower, is a delicate, lacy annual native to the Mediterranean region and long admired in European cottage gardens for its airy, vintage charm. It produces clusters of pure white, intricately patterned blooms atop slender, branching stems that reach 18–24 inches tall, resembling a more refined version of Queen Anne’s lace. Easy to grow, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, and can be direct sown after the last frost or started indoors 4–6 weeks earlier for earlier blooms.

Hipster Yellow Limonium seeds—often referred to as Sea Lavender, Statice, or Limonium sinuatum—produce a modern, vibrant take on a classic cut-flower favorite that has been grown for centuries around the Mediterranean for its long-lasting blooms and excellent dried-flower qualities. This variety features sturdy stems topped with clouds of papery, creamy yellow calyxes that hold their color exceptionally well, giving arrangements a soft, airy texture both fresh and dried.

Silver Dollar Eucalyptus, scientifically known as Eucalyptus cinerea, is a striking evergreen tree prized for its distinctive, rounded leaves that resemble silver coins, giving it its common name. Native to Australia, this fast-growing tree can reach heights of up to 30 feet, although it is often cultivated as a smaller shrub in gardens. The leaves are a soft gray-green color, with a waxy texture that adds to their visual appeal and resilience in various climates.

Red Plume Atriplex, also called Red Orach or Mountain Spinach, is an heirloom leafy green with deep red to magenta foliage. Upright plants can reach 4–6 feet, adding ornamental height while providing tender edible leaves. Young leaves are excellent raw in salads, while mature leaves can be cooked like spinach and retain much of their color. This heat- and drought-tolerant plant performs well in full sun and well-drained soil.

Baby Blue is a eucalyptus tree with sickle shaped dark green leaves. Mainly used for production of floral arrangements and foliage. Eucalyptus globulus is commonly known as: Tasmanian Blue Gum; Blue gum; Southern blue gum; Tasmanian blue gumtree.

Bimble Box has oval-shaped, dark green leaves with a significant menthol scent. Produces beautiful foliage that is used in cut-flower arrangements. Also makes great dry flower bouquets. Common names for Eucalyptus populnea are: Bimble box; Gum Tree, Gomboom, Poplar box and Bimbil box.

'Baby Blue' is a common florist's staple as a bouquet filler. This plant is known for its long stems with rounded leaves in shades of dusty green. Great for bouquets, wreaths or drying. Eucalyptus has a lovely menthol-like fragrance. A tender perennial in USDA zones 9–11 but mainly grown by florist as an annual. As an annual, plants reach about 24"–48", but it can become a 35'-tall tree over time where perennial. This plant is very drought and heat tolerant once established.
