Caper
Capparis spinosa, commonly known as the caper bush, is a Mediterranean perennial shrub prized for its attractive flowers and edible flower buds. Plants produce striking white-to-pale-pink blooms with long purple stamens throughout the warmer months. Caper plants thrive in full sun and freely draining, rocky or sandy soils once established. In cold climates, grow in a container and protect from freezing.
