Our largest pumpkin for carving faces or novelty. The nearly round, 17-18 in. in diameter, fruits average 100 lbs. Big Max has a slightly rough red-orange skin with a bright yellowish-orange 3-4 in. thick flesh. This pumpkin variety is a large exhibition type that is also good for pies or canning. The Young's Beauty Pumpkin is a very uniform New England Pie variety that is the perfect small pumpkin for Halloween carvings! At only 10-12 pounds, this jack-o-lantern sized pumpkin will look great in a family garden. This deep orange, slightly ribbed variety produces high yields.

This striking dark orange pumpkin features a slightly flattened, ribbed shape and an eye-catching, oversized handle that truly stands out at farm stands and U-pick patches. Vigorous, medium-large vines are highly productive, setting multiple fruits per plant and offering intermediate resistance to powdery mildew. Dating back to the 1700's, the Connecticut Field is one of the oldest American pumpkin varieties around! This large variety can grow 15 to 20 pound globes that are flattened on the ends. This old favorite will usually average 12 inches in height and diameter. The Connecticut Field's rind is hard but thin and slightly ribbed with a sweet, thick and course flesh. A great pumpkin for compact growing and Powder Mildew is a concern. Magic Lantern’s produces classic size pumpkins in the 16-24 lb. range with bright orange skins and attractive medium ribs. Growers note good crown set on Magic Lantern’s vines, as well as higher yield per acre from closer planting.

The Harvest King will produce a consistent 25-35 lb. pumpkin. This larger variety has excellent yield and quality. Almost 100% of the pumpkin yields are marketable. Fruits typically weigh twenty-five to thirty-five pounds. Uniform sizing simplifies seasonal merchandising. Consistent large pumpkins deliver exceptional marketable yields. Reliable quality suits pumpkin patches and stands.

Early King is great for short growing seasons or planting late in the season. Produces full vines with good yields of 25+ lb. pumpkins. Has a medium-dark orange color and medium sized ribs. Strong stems with tallish-round shape. Good resistance to powdery mildew.
