Urban Farmer began in 2008 by turning pages from old catalogs into one-of-a-kind seed packets. It was creative, resourceful, and a fitting beginning for a small seed company.
As demand grew, we moved to reliable recycled-paper packets that can carry current variety information, lot numbers, germination rates, test dates, and other details gardeners need. The packet changed, but the purpose did not: protect the seed and give growers useful information.

Urban Farmer guarantees its products up to the full purchase price. When a qualifying product is unsatisfactory, our remedy is a replacement of the item or a refund of its purchase price.
Please contact us as soon as practical after discovering a defect so our team can review the issue and help.
Claim Timing
Claims for product defects must be presented as soon as practical and no later than 30 days after discovery.
Available Remedy
Urban Farmer’s liability is limited to replacement of the unsatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price.
Warranty Limitation
No other express warranty is made. Urban Farmer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage.
