The Early Prolific Straightneck Squash is a summer squash that is very popular in the United States. This variety is a tasty, bright yellow, straight-necked type squash that tapers towards the stem end. Harvest this squash at 12-14 inches long but are more tender and succulent when they are 5-6 inches long. In 1938, the Early Prolific Straightneck was an All-American Selection winner!

Waltham Butternut squash is a highly regarded heirloom variety known for its rich flavor and impressive storage qualities. Originating from Waltham, Massachusetts, this variety was developed in the 1960s and has since become a staple in home gardens and markets due to its exceptional attributes. The squash is characterized by its smooth, tan skin and bell-shaped, orange flesh that offers a sweet, nutty flavor with a creamy texture when cooked.

The Table Queen Acorn Squash is a customer favorite winter squash. This variety is a medium sized, acorn shaped, vining type. The flesh of this heirloom acorn is a sweet golden yellow that turns more orange in storage, contrasting with its dark green and ribbed rind. Harvest before frost, leaving part of the stem attached to the fruit.

True to its name, the Vegetable Spaghetti Squash allows you to grow your own spaghetti noodles! This bright yellow squash is great to use as a healthy, tasty replacement for "noodles" in various meals. The Vegetable Spaghetti produces its noodles within its flesh inside of itself when cooked.

Black Beauty Zucchini is a standard zucchini. This vigorous plant produces dark green glossy fruits that tapers towards each end. This zucchini is a very popular variety of summer squash. The Dark Green Zucchini is the darkest and most tender zucchini we have! This variety has a smooth, straight, green outer skin with a creamy white flesh. Pick at 6-8" for an even more tender flesh, that is perfect for baking into stews or making zucchini bread.

The Blue Hubbard Squash is a beautiful variety that is known for it's delicious taste and big size! This variety is slightly tapered at both ends and has a bumpy, blue outside, hence its name. The Blue Hubbard has a delicious, sweet, yellow flesh that has a wonderful flavor, making it great for market production or home garden. The plant's average yield is 1 or sometimes 2 fruits/plant.

The little Table King Bush Squash is a nice compact winter squash variety that is perfect for a small home garden! This 2 pound fruit is excellent for baking, stuffing or roasting. The Goldetti F1 Squash is a cylindrical golden orange winter squash variety with a dry stringy flesh resembling long, thin pasta. The Italian Cocozelle is a bush type of squash plant that produces high yields of the long, tender, dark green fruits. The Long Island Cheese Squash got its name by resembling a large wheel of cheese and has been a favorite since the 1800s! This dark orange, ribbed winter squash can weigh 6-12 pounds. The Long Island Cheese has a sweet delicate flavor that is perfect for pies and other sweet baked treats. This squash will keep up to 6 months in storage.

The Kikuza is a unique, pumpkin-like delicious Japanese heirloom squash. This variety can grow to be a large 5 lbs. with an orange ribbed rind, with a thick, juicy, spicy and tender flesh. The Kikuza has a wonderful flavor and is great baked or roasted.

The Iran Winter Squash is a large and pumpkin-like squash. This 50 plus pound squash has a silver green to salmon orange exterior. The ornamental Iran is drought and heat tolerant making it perfect for fall decorations. These squashes can be stored for more than a year!

The Golden Zebra F1 Squash is a bright golden yellow summer squash variety with orange stripes that has an excellent flavor. This unique squash is a medium length that is very slender and grows on bushy 24-36 inch plants. Harvest the Golden Zebra when they are 7-8 inches long or smaller for baby use.
