Stock is a long time favorite for gardeners because of its wide range of colors and distinctive, spicy-sweet fragrance. Stock flowers can quickly mature and produce flowers in cool conditions, which can help extend the growing season for gardeners, market growers and florist. From seed to cut-flower can only take 10-12 weeks when days making it one of the fastest flowers we offer. Our favorite variety is Quartet, Matthiola incana, which sports strong stems that support beautiful sprays of sweetly-scented flowers – ideally suited for bouquets and containers.
