Spelt is another delicious and easy to grow Grain that is growing in popularity for sprouting! This sprout variety is especially important to use for those who are allergic to, or are avoiding Wheat. This is also a great lower gluten grain for sprout bread.

Sugar Rush Peach pepper seeds produce a unique and flavorful pepper known for its vibrant peach-colored skin and sweet, fruity taste. The Muncher cucumber is a favorite low acid slicer that is very prolific and tender. This cucumber plant variety produces a smooth nearly spineless, medium green cucumber that is crisp and delicious. Muncher can be pickled when young or eaten fresh when it reach 8-10" long and 2-3" wide. This cucumber's skin is thin and tasty, as it is easily eaten. The Muncher is non-bitter burpless cucumber that produces heavy yields and definitely a favorite!

Pinstripe is a compact, spineless eggplant ideal for container and patio gardening. Attractive plant bears prolific harvests of baby-sized Italian-type fruit. Suitable for small space gardens. Great for Grilling, roasting or stir fry.

The Peppermint Stick's tender prolific stalks have real celery flavor! This unique, bicolored striped celery is red and white and full of flavor. It is a slow bolting variety. Use the Peppermint Stick's leaves and stalks for fresh seasoning. This celery is definitely a colorful addition to your garden!

Among the world's hottest peppers! Use with caution, wrinkled  brown pepper. 125 times hotter than a Jalapeno pepper! Bhut Jolokia Chocolate is a rare, natural variant of Red Bhut Jolokia. Ghost pepper can reach over 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).

Crunchy Red produces large tops and very uniform dark red, round roots. This variety is very slow to develop pith. It performs well under cool conditions. It’s usually a few days earlier than standard varieties. Crunchy Red is desirable where larger roots are required.

One of our favorite peppers! If you like sweet peppers with a slight spicy kick, then the Cajun Belle is for you! This variety is a great small bell pepper that is an All American Selection winner. Cajun Belle matures early and is a very heavy yielder that bears 2 by 3 inch, 3-4 lobed fruit. This pepper's flavor really sets it apart from the pack with a sweet start that ends in a burst of spice that's not too hot.

Crunchy Crimson radish is a high yielding root with superior quality and uniformity. These roots have bright red skin with excellent interior quality and are very slow to develop pith. Crunchy Crimson grows well under cool conditions.

Afterglow is a distinctive Eastern-type melon that blends the durability and appearance of Eastern shippers with the exceptional eating quality of Tuscan genetics. It produces uniform, refined fruit averaging 5–7 pounds, with very firm, thick orange flesh and excellent flavor balanced by high sugar levels of 12–14% Brix. The rind closely resembles a classic Eastern melon, though the pronounced sutures retain a touch of green at maturity.

Its skin is slightly bumpy and can be left on or taken off for slicing and fresh eating.
