Late Flat Dutch cabbage seeds produce one of the oldest and most reliable heirloom cabbage varieties, first introduced to American gardens in the mid-1800s and prized for its large, flat, broad heads. Its flavor is mild, sweet, and crisp, improving after light frost exposure, which enhances its natural sugars. Katarina cabbage has a perfect smaller head size (4”) and shape to be grown successfully in containers on patios, decks or in-ground beds, possibly as an ornamental/edible border.

Storage #4 is a great producer of dark green color cabbage that have excellent storage life. This versatile variety also works great in the late fall for fresh market, especially in muddy and rainy conditions. Due to its earliness when used for storage, we recommend later season plantings for best storage results.

Headstart is a fast-maturing ball-type cabbage developed for dependable Southwest production. Compact plants form uniform, round heads in approximately 68 days, supporting consistent harvests and attractive market presentation. Greenboy is a mid-season hybrid with wide adaptability and Fusarium yellows race 1 resistance. It has a medium head with a very solid white interior and overall good quality. This variety is ideal for fresh market and shipping. Greenboy has an excellent performance in worldwide markets from cool to tropical regions.

This refined, open-pollinated cabbage produces round, green heads wrapped around crisp, tender white hearts and has been a trusted favorite since at least the 1920s. Known for its very early maturity and compact growth habit, it is ideal for dense plantings and tight spacing while still delivering strong yields of uniform, marketable heads. Early Jersey Wakefield is a fast-maturing heirloom cabbage with distinctive pointed heads that resist splitting. The Green express is a bright green mini cabbage with excellent flavor! This favorite is now available as organic. The early maturing cabbage has a mild flavor and crisp texture that can't be beat. The Green Express can be sown directly in Fall gardens or transplanted in Spring. This seed is certified organic.

Round blue green 7-8 in. heads, 5-7 lb, standard storage type, does well in mountain areas, will adapt to Northeast, excellent yields, keeps until the late spring, very dependable.

First released in 1909 by H. Hartmann & Company, this historic Danish cabbage has earned its reputation as a dependable garden classic and a benchmark for many modern varieties. Red Acre cabbage is simply the best early maturing red cabbage! Red Acre is a fantastic cabbage that produces reddish-purple heads.
