The Pink Brandywine Tomato is our favorite heirloom beefsteak for home gardens and a customer favorite for its sweet taste! This large, beefsteak-shaped tomato fruit grows upright on large leaved plants. This favored tomato contains few seeds and meaty flesh! The indeterminate tomato will ripen later than most, but will produces 10-20 ounce tomatoes until the first frost of fall.

The Crosby Egyptian beet is a standard early bunching beet for table or market, a favorite that is now also available in organic seeds. The flattened heart-shaped roots and dark-red flesh of this beet is equally appetizing as it is beautiful. The Crosby Egyptian is also the largest early variety beet and will keep its shape until fall. Enjoy both the roots and the tops chopped up in a salad! This seed is certified organic.

If you're a fan of Cherokee Purple, you are gonna absolutely love this tomato. A beautiful hybrid that is truly purple inside and out. Chef’s Choice Purple F1’s 9 to 10-ounce fruits are smooth, firm, flattened globes, which have exceptional flavor. The indeterminate plants add to the appeal for market and home gardeners.

Thomas Laxton is an heirloom pea plant that is big and productive. At Urban Farmer we have trialed these a few times and they are always are favorite shelling pea. The peas are always sugary and delicious. This pea variety is named after the famous pea breeder, Thomas Laxton. This old heirloom pea is over a century old and has withstood the test of time. Each pod contains at least 8 peas and often up to 10! Make sure to support the Thomas Laxton's 3' vines with a trellis.

Citrino is a mid-season honeydew orange flesh. Citrino boasts excellent flavor and high Brix. It has good storage ability once harvested. This melon has a round shape with dense flesh and a medium closed cavity. Citrino has a smooth, creamy white rind.

Long, ribbed, dark green fruits grow up to 18 inches and offer a mild, sweet, burpless flavor—one of our favorites for fresh eating. This productive and eye-catching heirloom from northern China produces heavy yields on vigorous 5' vines. Thai Dragon pepper is an excellent pepper with a hot kick! These fruity fiery peppers are also known as "Thai Volcano" or “Facing Heaven”. This pepper is a heavy yielder and can produce over 200 peppers on steady branches. Peppers are 2-4" long, thing and slightly curved. When mature they turn red and are ready to harvest.
