Paste Tomatoes

Paste tomatoes, also know as sauce tomatoes, are great for paste due to their meatiness, fewer amount of seeds and low moisture content. These characteristics make for a great sauce tomato.

The Baby Roma, also known as the "Cherry Roma," is a miniature roma-shaped tomato that is bursting with an intense sweet flavor. This tomato variety is great for garden snacking, adding into salads and growing for market production. The Baby Roma plant produces an incredibly heavy set of 1” grape-type tomato fruits that have a very long shelf life. 

The Speckled Roman is a plum shaped tomato with a great flavor! This tomato variety is a beautiful colored tomato and when mature, has a bright red skin with golden streaks. This meaty tomato has a thick flesh that is excellent raw in salads, and cooks quickly into different sauces.

The Red Pear Tomato is an old time favorite heirloom that always pleases everybody! This variety is a bright red, pear-shaped tomato with a history dating back to Colonial times. The Red Pear's plants are very prolific and are producers of 1-2" long tomatoes that are great on salads, sauces or roasted in the oven.

A green beauty in any vegetable garden. Ripens with a green exterior and interior that is sweet and tart! One of our favorite tasting green tomato varieties. Will mature to between 8-12 ounces and when mature with have a yellowish tint on the bottom of the fruits.

The Black Plum Tomato is a heavy producer and a favorite plum-shaped tomato variety for making different salsa or sauces. This variety produces 2" long by 1" wide tomatoes that weigh around 1-2 ounces. The Black Plum has a black-purple skin with green-shoulders and a very delicious flavor.

The Chocolate Pear is a super productive variety that produces little chocolate-brown colored pear tomatoes that are the perfect size for snacking! This pear shaped variety has a rich tomato flavor that is excellent for adding to salads, pastas or even just to eat by the handful! The Chocolate Pear is a nice tomato for market growing and is perfect to mix with other colored tomatoes.

A great choice for a Roma-style tomato that does great in a containers. A compact, determinate plant that produces heavy flushes of fruit, perfect for cooking up into rich sauce. The bright crimson, oval tomatoes are meaty and dense with a rich, tangy flavor. Plants usually grow to only 24 inches tall and 24" wide.
