Planters Jumbo is a great tasting cantaloupe that has a firm rind, smooth heavy netting, and thick deep orange flesh. This melon is 7x6" diameter, 4-4.5 lb. and is Powdery and Downy Mildew resistant. Planters Jumbo grows on a vigorous vine does well in drought or high rainfall. This melon is perfect for both home or local market growing.

Perkins Long Pod Okra is an old Southern heirloom that grows long and tall! This variety will grow to be to 5' and produces bright green pods that are up to 8" long. Perkins Long Pod is an early maturing okra that should be harvested at 3-5" in length for most crisp, tender pods. This okra is excellent for canning, pickling and cutting up for gumbo or stews.

California Blackeye #5 is a high yielding, vigorous and easy to grow. You can use these as green shell peas or dry like winter beans. Pods reach 6-8" long and are loaded with creamy, delicious seeds. Does well in high heat areas. Treated Seed.

The Harvest King will produce a consistent 25-35 lb. pumpkin. This larger variety has excellent yield and quality. Almost 100% of the pumpkin yields are marketable.

An augmented bi-color corn type that was developed at the University of Florida. Everglades had great trial results throughout the Northern and Southern areas of the USA. Everglades has a high level of consistency, a nice dark green package, good kernel contrast. an easy snap and it maintains these qualities in a wide range of conditions while retaining the high eating quality of the Augmented hybrids. Truckers Favorite Yellow is an heirloom yellow dent field corn that is excellent for roasting or frying or used as a dent. This variety stays fresh for a long time. Truckers Favorite Yellow stalks are 8-9' tall and ears are 8-10" and have 14-18 rows. This corn has high yields with good soil fertilization and is an excellent foliage for early fodder.

The Country Gentleman corn is one of the best tasting open-pollinated corns available! This heirloom variety is a sweet, delicious corn with milky kernels that was first introduced over 100 years ago. Country Gentleman is a white variety with 8” ears. Its ears have no rows, as this is a shoepeg type, and its kernels are packed in a zigzag pattern. Country Gentleman is one of the best heirloom sweet corns in our opinion!

The Emerald Okra is a beautifully bright early maturing okra variety! This okra is an old heirloom variety from the 1950's that was first developed by the Campbell's Soup Company. This variety produces straight okra that keeps its vibrant green color even after being cooked. Emerald Okra is best harvested between 3-4" for the most tender and tasty pods.

Clemson Spineless 80 Okra is the most popular okra found in home gardens and markets and an All American Selections winner for a reason! This high yielding plant produces dark green, grooved pods that stay spineless and non-woody. Clemson Spineless grows to 4' tall and pods are most tender and flavorful when harvested at 3-4". This okra is excellent for pickling or cutting up or using in some fresh gumbo or strews!

Fiesta is a hybridized selection of Indian corn with various tones of blue, red, yellow, and white. Approximate maturity is 101 days which is 10 to 14 days earlier than other ornamental corns. Ears average 7 to 10 inches in length with 50 to 70% purple husks.

The Charleston Grey Watermelon is an unique, large, oblong very sweet picnic watermelon that has a very good storage ability! This beautiful light green variety has a marbled surface with a bright red colored flesh and a firm rind. This variety weighs between 25-35 lbs when harvested and is a good shipper.

True to its name, the Vegetable Spaghetti Squash allows you to grow your own spaghetti noodles! This bright yellow squash is great to use as a healthy, tasty replacement for "noodles" in various meals. The Vegetable Spaghetti produces its noodles within its flesh inside of itself when cooked.

Cow Horn Okra is one of the best flavored okras around that is great for pickling or gumbo! This variety produces larger pods than most okra and should be harvested young and tender. The best time to harvest Cow Horn is at 6," but it can remain spineless, crunchy and tender up to 10" long. This old heirloom okra dates all the way back to the early 1900's. The twisted shape of this variety somewhat resembles the horns of a cow, getting its name, Cow Horn. Use shorter more tender pods for pickling or longer pods for tasty gumbo! The flowers on Cow Horn will start to appear within 45 days with okra pods soon to follow.

Iochief is an old and reliable yellow corn. This variety is SU, holds well, has great drought resistance and has a wonderful flavor. The Iochief's ears are 9" long with golden yellow kernels. This variety is perfect for canning or freezing.

This watermelon variety is an exceptionally delicious hybrid that has an improved flesh quality with a delicious bright red color. Pinkeye Purple Hull cowpea is one of the most popular varieties preferred by Southerners. Cowpeas in general are great for drying and canning. This variety's hulls are purple and its cowpeas are green with pinkeyes when freshly picked turning cream with dark maroon when dried. The Pinkeye Purple Hull produces pods that are six to seven inches long and purple. If you are using for Nitrogen fixation we highly recommend using a cowpea inoculant.
